Need help with my Social Work question – I’m studying for my class.

Who can call themselves a social worker in the State of Florida?

By looking up Florida law we can now answer the question. Law often is the driving force behind a policy – particularly MACRO policy. Accordingly, we can say that “Florida law limits who can call themselves a social worker, and this is outlined in Florida Statute number 491.016.
