I’m studying for my Law class and don’t understand how to answer this. Can you help me study?

create a bill for the United States of America as if you are a Congressman or Congresswoman. Take your time to think of a really good law that’s not already in place (research your idea first). You can choose whatever policy idea you have with the goal of turning your bill into a law.You paper must be at least one page.
