1.   In paragraph one, identify the dominant theme and the communication issue presented in this case study. Provide evidence from the case study to support your claims.
2.   In paragraph two, provide your reflection of the case study. What stood out the most to you and resonated with your experiences and/or perspectives. You can use the personal pronoun “I” when adding your thoughts.
