Students will work either individually or in pairs to research an emerging or changing topic related to employee policy and will prepare a 3-5 page research brief, as well as a 10-minute “Toolbox Topic” Type Policy Communication Session Your research brief must describe the policy, why it is necessary, and any regulation that drives it. Finally, students will demonstrate effective employee communication skills/employee relations skills in delivering a 10-12 minute session on the policy.
