An example of this was the provision by an employer’s healthcare plan regarding contraceptives. The Supreme Court ruled that the employer does not have to have contraceptive coverage included in the healthcare plan if the employer has moral or religious objections to the coverage.During this next session of the Supreme Court, it will be considering two other health care related issues, the legality of the Affordable Care Act and the provision that prohibits insurance companies from denying coverage to patients with pre-existing conditions.As part of this discussion:
