However, most CRM software primarily focuses on one major category below: operational CRM, analytical CRM, and collaborative CRM.†(Kulpa, 2017) I think NERFA should look into getting an analytical CRM for their use because NERFA doesn’t really sell a product we rely on our social interactions as well as our panels and YouTube analytics. “The goal of analytical CRM is to improve customer satisfaction.†(Kulpa, 2017) This is what we want to do is improve our members satisfaction. We are constantly sending out polls to our members to try and figure out what they want for content from us. “Intensive efforts that automatically schedule operational CRM activities or automatically send e-mails or texts to customers based on preset criteria derived from predictive analytics.†(Gillman, 2014) I would recommend Tableau as a tool/software for NERFA to use. With its ease of boosting digital marketing campaigns, this is just what NERFA could use. The advantage of using this tool is that everything would be in one spot as opposed to where it is now all over the place.
