During the Renaissance there were roving musicians. Most of these were Secular musicians (not associated with a religious group).They would be comparable to our modern pop or rock band. It would be interesting to see what you think a typical band of musicians might be like from that time period. Your text has some information, but you may research for more. Youtube has lots of links to musicians who re-enact Renaissance music. There is quite a variety of performance styles from different countries. You will find anything from Celtic to Russian!Describe your band of Secular musicians (could just be one musician) and include the following points: 1. What would they wear? 2.
