Your assignment here is to find a case involving a person who suffered an injustice within the US criminal justice system as the result of a flawed investigation. This injustice can amount to false arrest or conviction due to police misconduct, incompetence or error, witness misconduct, or due process violations. Your paper will be a written report of your findings, while the PowerPoint will be created as if you were going to present on that material to your colleagues. Information You Will Need to Cover:The details of the case.What went wrong (or allegedly went wrong).Was this injustice corrected or addressed? If so, how?Any reforms or remedies that may have resulted from this case.
