You are required to watch, review, and analyse the film, and prepare a 2,500 words group investigation report explaining the crisis experienced by the company. Where appropriate and relevant to the content of the film, you are expected to cite references and other sources to support your discussion and arguments. Specifically, you are required to:

(i)  Present a group report that is well-structured report, written in good/proper English grammar, with a brief introduction, respond to all the requirements and provide a short conclusion.
(ii)  Explain the role of any six participants in the film. Please select the six participants as follows: Any two participants from the company’s senior executive directors, any two participants from the company’s non-executive directors, and any two participants from the auditing team.
(iii)  Evaluate the conduct and performance of the six participants you selected and explained in Requirement (ii). Appraise what they did well and poorly throughout the crisis at D-Merton Plc.
(iv)  Clearly analyse the principal reasons behind the company’s difficulties.
(v)  Reflect, as a group, what accounting and control and any other lessons you have learned from the film.

(vi)  Demonstrate group cohesion, teamwork, and self-management. The report should include evidence of working together as a team. The evidence should be (a) a short paragraph explaining how you worked together, (b) a table briefly outlining the contribution, of each group member (use ID numbers, not names), to the group report and (c) other evidence of group meetings (e.g., screenshots of group meeting notes). Please include this Requirement (vi) as an appendix to the report.
