To facilitate this process, we must craft an internal communication strategy that openly and honestly highlights those challenges, emphasizes the potential for growth this venture will bring, and clearly delineates the strategic vision our company will pursue moving forward. While Education Connection is headquartered in Austin, Texas and has worked to connect students from the geographical region with online learning opportunities, Virtual Learner serves a customer base that hails from locations all across the United States and has the ambitious goal to enter the global market in the future. There are key differences in demographics where the two organizations are concerned: specifically, Education Connection’s workforce is comprised of a largely homogenous and experienced team of individuals while Virtual Learner’s workforce is far more diverse and has a more novel approach toward conducting business. Moreover, Education Connection has operated in a traditional office setting whereas Virtual Learner conducts most of its business remotely.
