Our program is designed to accelerate the careers of our participants by providing future-focused learning opportunities through different modes of instruction and by applying a deliberate approach to career progression.Program detailsThe Banker Associate Program consists of 2 streams: General (Business) and Finance General StreamIn this stream, the bankers will go through a 9-month rotation across different business units. The goal is to grow the bankers’ knowledge base and professional network before they are placed into a permanent role within one of their department preferences. This hands-on experience is complemented by a structured learning and development plan that is focused on developing your business, leadership, and digital skills while strengthening your knowledge in banking concepts and financial markets. This stream will culminate in a group project covering a subject selected by our top management team. You will have the opportunity to take a real-life business case, propose a solution, and pitch it to our leaders. This stream is suitable for all degrees and disciplines.Finance StreamWe seek to recruit Saudi graduate and undergraduate students who intend to pursue a career in banking finance and develop them into future managers and leaders of Banque Saudi Fransi’s Enterprise Performance Management and Finance group. The duration of the program is 9-months, during which the banker’s go through a combination of formal courses and on job training and are provided with comprehensive insight and training to all major areas of banking business & finance performance and reporting. Upon completion of the on the job training, the bankers’ will gain a sound understanding of BSF’s banking business products and services. The Finance banker’s will become ready to assume a responsible position in accordance to the candidates’ personal competencies, skills, and the Bank’s need within the Finance group.
