solved Paper II: In the Project Evaluation section, please discuss how

Paper II: In the Project Evaluation section, please discuss how you evaluated your project. Did you use pre and posttests, a survey, a behavioral observation form, etc.? Refer to these instruments in the description citing and referencing the appropriate source(s) from the literature. Include the instruments in an appendix using APA format.
You may also include Research Design and Research Methods sections to describe exactly how you implemented your project. Discuss your participants (Sample), the number and types of people who participated in your project and how they participated.
Include a Project Problems section that describes what happened if your project was not implemented as planned and why and the adjustments that you made using third person passive tense. Over all points of your actual intervention as your outlined in the plan.
Discuss your Termination Plan and Activities for your participants. What happens to them once they complete the intervention? How are you accountable to them if they experienced any problems association with the intervention? How will the project continue after you leave your placement? What will happen to the participants and to meet the need/address the problem if the project cannot continue after you leave the agency?
Now, explain your Findings. Discuss your evaluation. Tell what a difference your project made in the participants based on what your evaluation instruments indicated. You do not have to run statistics to do this. You may include graphs, tables, and charts to document your results. Examine and discuss your pre and posttests, surveys, or behavioral observations to quantitatively or qualitatively determine if your project made a difference in the participants. List any outcomes that you discovered from doing the project. How did the project help the participants and the agency? How did it help you? Remember to use third person passive tense.
All papers need a Conclusion section that ties everything together and answers the question, “So what?” You did a Capstone project, so what does that mean for you, your participants, and your agency or the community? Use third person passive tense to describe these. Is more research needed to answer questions raised by your project? Are more interventions needed to address the problem? Can your project be replicated by others who want to meet similar needs and address similar problems? List the strengths and weaknesses of your project. State what you would do differently if you had to do this again. Was it worth all the effort? Why or why not? What are the implications for social work practice? Was this project a valuable contribution to the social work knowledge base or to social work practice?
