I have upload everything you need including the chapter I want you to use for the presentation. You can only use scholarly references. APA format and cite all in text references also if you use something from the writer. Not too wordy on the slides, use pictures to reference what you have written on the slides, and add some notes on the bottom of the slide(speaking points for when I present) I will also upload the basic format for the slides from my professor and the grading rubric. The signature assignment for this course will require research, academic writing, critical thinking, and analysis on a current issue facing the area of Managing in a Global Environment. Through this assignment, you will demonstrate your ability to conduct academic research. The signature assignment requires a minimum of 10-pages (not including cover page, abstract, table of contents, and references), double-spaced, APA formatted academic research paper. Please note that this course requires you to focus your research based on existing research literature from peer-reviewed articles. The academic research paper will include the basic components of a non-empirical research paper which requires the following: 

An introduction 

1. Identification of a contemporary “Managing in a Global Environment” problem to be addressed; 
2. A purpose statement; 
3. Significance of the issue under study; 

A literature review; and 
A conclusion (recommendations and managerial implications)

1. An example of an extended purchase arising from a high involvement Buying Decision that interests them and one they wish to analyze.

3. Provide a name for your Shopper (the ‘Persona’), and describe 3-4 key aspects about them, “internal” factors, to help understand how their shopping journey was shaped. (One example of an internal factor: extroverted personality).

5. Hints: you might want to think about a new type of product category the persona is encountering, or a first-time purchase of a new brand in an existing to help understand category; it does not have to even specifically be a product but must showcase a consumer decision process.
