Can you help me understand this Management question?

Maduro Cleaning is a small organization that provides cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. As a small organization, the owner assigns crews of two, three, or four employees to jobs each morning but the owner does not have a good method of determining a reasonable amount of time that each cleaning should take. The owner decided to keep data on job times and crew sizes in the hopes of developing a productivity measure. 
Address the following requirements:

Calculate which of the crew sizes has the best productivity per worker and explain your method. 
Evaluate your outcome and the possible reasons that would explain those results. 
Project what the productivity might be for a crew size of five and explain your reasoning.

Every research proposal is reviewed by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure people are not at risk physically, psychologically or economically. Facebook and other corporations do not have to abide by these guidelines when conducting marketing research or devising social experiments such as manipulating users’ newsfeeds. Can you think of examples of how corporations have or could harm individuals physically, psychologically, socially or economically when conducting research? Provide an example in your response.What are some ways in which new technology might be used to conduct sociological research? How about social media? For example, do either Twitter or Snapchat have a possibility as a research tool? In what ways?

Consider why persons with disabilities are considered a vulnerable population. Share with others experiences you may have had with individuals born with a physical ailment, children or adults with cognitive delays, people who may have suffered traumatic brain injury (i.e. possibly due to an accident, effects from war, etc.). What have you learned about challenges that impact their lives, that you may not have considered without this personal experience? Research programs that exist (America, or globally) to better integrate persons with disabilities into society and mitigate the disparities they face. Develop your own list of opportunities/programs/activities that can better support people with various disabilities. Consider the Micro and Macro approach to your thinking, and develop at least one idea per level. Why do you feel these may be viable solutions?
