You have worked for Rachel Green since you graduated college.  Rachel has helped you develop and hone your professional skills over these last two years.  Today, Rachel met with you to discuss your interest in taking on more leadership roles.  Specifically, Rachel asked you to develop a brief (1 page) leadership action plan.  She gave you some information on leadership development planning ( SEE ATTACHMENT BELOW) Here are the items she asked you to include in your plan.

Report the results from your Emotional Intelligence self-assessment and Leadership self-assessment.
Identify two leadership development goals that you want to focus on during the next year.  These should directly relate to areas you have identified as gaps or opportunities in your leadership based on the self-assessments.
Explain the specific and measurable actions you will implement to support those goals in the short term.
Identify at least three specific actions you will take to continue your leadership development over the next five years (long-term development).
