As discussed during our virtual hangout, our question of the week is “How do you practice self-care (and has that changed because of the pandemic)?” Several of you started to share your ideas in our collaborative doc (Links to an external site.) (Links to an external site.). This board is the space for all of us to reflect on this question and share our perspective. You are supposed to contribute here regardless of whether you participated in the collaborative doc. Moreover, we encourage everyone to practice some self-care this week. This can involve a wide range of activities: taking a walk, calling an old friend, cooking a new recipe, listening to music, doing yoga, playing with a pet, disconnecting from social media/difficult news, taking a nap, etc. Find a couple hours for that this week and feel free to include in your post what you did. As always, it’s meaningful to engage with your peers.
