Explain your growth as a leader/manager in working in teams. If you did not develop as a leader in the teams, explain the experiences you will need to develop your potential as a leader. In BUS 203, you had to do a great deal of writing and looking at your own writing experience. What have you learned about your writing that was different than your previous experience with writing?
