Final Project Grading Criteria: The project is worth 300 points toward your final grade for this course. The grade will be determined based on how well you fulfill the following components—Originality of Approach: Review of Industry Developments & Leaders (100)Depth of Research and contribution to the area: Specific Company: Financial issues, technological developments, ethical concerns (100)Domestic and Global Demands: Impacts on consumers and/or society Implications for Future Markets and Professional practices (60)Organization: Clarity of your report as per items mentioned below (20)Writing Format: Grammar and spelling, precision of language (20).General Requirements: The text of the paper should be typed, double-spaced, in Times New Roman, 12-point font. Use pagination. Cite research articles using the format established by the American Psychological Association Manual and Stylebook. You can observe the use of the basic APA Style citation and paper formats in most of the communication research articles used in this course. The formats include use of a title page in which you list the author as well as the class, instructor and date; an abstract; an introduction; a literature review; internal in-text citations of author/dates; hypotheses/ research questions; methodology; findings; and results; discussion and study; implications; conclusions; and a bibliography. While your paper may not necessarily include all of these items, it should be constructed accordingly. Proofread your final copy. You WILL lose points for handing in a sloppy, ill-formatted paper.
