  Contemporary sport organizations face many human resource management challenges. The purpose of this assignment is for students to identify a specific HRM challenge within a sports organization of their choosing.  Describe that challenge, assess how/why the challenge occurs, and provide possible solutions for remedying/improving the challenge.  That is, what challenge must the organization confront and manage effectively in order to be both successful and sustainable?  For example, how should the Houston Rockets address their recent controversies that negatively impacted their relationship with their fans in China? (You cannot use this example). You must apply course content within your paper as justification for how you would go about solving the challenge.
