solved I have a study report for one of my health

I have a study report for one of my health classes and it’s due on May 5th by 11:59. The report is a survey research based report and I have already done the survey and gotten the results and have the excel sheet and everything you would need to actually get the report started and finished. however, it does have some math included, not necessarily math but as in tables and finding the mean and stimulus. i have attached the template for the study report and it has every detailed step by step action you would need to take to finish the report. I have also included everything you would need to do in the report.
