i have an idea about establishing cloud laboratory with logistic services, the business is B2B and B2C. the main idea is to open a virtual laboratory to help other laboratories to expand their daily operations and also providing that for patients also with good  prices. As well as, providing logistic services such as transferring blood samples between labs, and between towns to cities. Moreover, to launch an app that will help the registered laboratories in our platform by connecting them with the lab specialist freelancers. to clarify the idea more, when the labs receive orders from patients for blood collections in a home visit, our platform allows labs to post their orders to be seen by the freelancers, and then the freelancers will be able catch the order and go directly to the patient in his/her house for collecting the blood sample, and then the freelancer will deliver the sample to the lab. Therefore, the main business is to run a laboratory, which will provide various of all the types of medical analyses that patients need, and also that may help other laboratories in their shortage by providing the send out agreements to receive their medical analyses. The second service is to provide prepared cars to transfer blood samples between labs, wither in the same city or between a lab that locates in a town and the other lab is in the city, so we can be a third party to deliver the samples. the third one is platform to link all labs with lab specialist freelancers for home visit.
