I’m working on a management case study and need a sample draft to help me study.

Introduction
Case studies are a way to apply the ideas and theories from the readings to an actual business.  You should read through the  case materials  before starting the written assignments. Give yourself time to digest the information as you will need to connect the issues in the case to the readings from the textbook.
The assignment is in the form of a discussion so that you can view other students’ responses after you have posted your own. However, you should address the prompts making sure that you write your own  response. You are expected to support you statements with evidence.

Purpose

To understand the basic organizational structure of the business that is the focus of the case by identifying the key elements in the case. Most of the the material you will need will be found in the cases, however outside research is always a benefit. 
Apply a relevant idea or theory from management to a real life business situation.

Task

dynamics and the competitive environment of the game/console industry?
For decisions relating to the controller, what should Nintendo do, and why? Based on the
decisions made, what are some of the potential reactions from competitors?
If you were Nintendo’s marketing manager, how would you market the new console and
controller?
