I’m working on a management question and need an explanation to help me understand better.

Question #1:How would you use the talent management approaches discussed in this course to contribute to the development of a high-performance organization? Which approach do you feel would be most useful in your place of employment? I work for a financial consulting group doing bank conversions so I’m not sure how to tie al that in. Question #2:What specific assignments or learning activities from this course did you find particularly beneficial? What do you feel could’ve improved or added to your learning experience in this course? I will attach an assignment.
