I’m working on a social science multi-part question and need a sample draft to help me study.

1) Read and consider the following information:
A 2001 national poll conducted by National Public Radio, the Kaiser Foundation, and Harvard University found that nearly half (45%) of respondents felt that poverty was caused by circumstances beyond a person’s control, and that the other half of respondents (48%) felt that poverty was caused by people not doing enough to escape poverty (Lichter & Crowley, 2002).  A more recent survey by the Cato Institute (Ekins, 2019) found that 62% of those surveyed who identified as politically conservative felt that hard work leads to wealth,  while 48% of those surveyed who identified as politically liberal felt that family connections leads to wealth.
2) Create a post to the discussion board answering the following questions.  Each question that is answered will be worth up to 5 points:

Do you believe that poverty is the fault of an individual or the fault of society, and why do you believe what you believe concerning the reasons for poverty?
What degree of help (if any) should the government, private charities, public social service agencies, and religious  organizations provide for the poor ?
As a social work professional, what will you do to help people escape poverty?
