Afterward, she returned to her apartment.On October 2, at approximately 7:35 p.m., I observed Ms. Norby leaving her apartment wearing a square dancing outfit. I followed her to a square dance which took place in the recreation center of her apartment. During that time, Ms. Norby participated fully in most of the dances, returning to her apartment 3 hours later.This information is relevant because Ms. Norby has claimed that she should receive compensation for leg injuries which prevent her from performing her job.
