following. 1. Correct the
pointed-out deficiencies; please refer to Dr. Lunsford’s revised document on
the notes on the ride side of the paper (i.e., typos, additional references
needed) and other minor corrections, as described.2. Chapter 1 “Key
Definitions,” need to be expanded. 3. Chapter 2 is too
short; we need to add more literature—specifically, Trait Theory and Theory of
Strategic Leadership. 4. Explain the
theories and how they apply to the DSP. **Please any updates need to
be done in red font color, in the Draft
document V.1, to review the new information**. Note: This will help me
maintain the document clean and optimize the revision process. Currently, I am working with
