We have been reviewing some technical information so far and comparing the differences and similarities between Classical (Respondent) Conditioning and Operant (Consequences and Reinforcement) Conditioning.
Now it is time for you to do some research to see what resources are out there.
Please go to the internet and find a resource (agency, organization or program, book, website, video, etc.) where Operant Conditioning principles are used (reinforcement/consequences). Please do not use the same Big Bang video clip I have already supplied you with in a prior lesson.

Explain the resource and how you see Operant Conditioning principles applied. (200 word minimum)
After responding to the initial post above, please also respond to the following two students regarding the same topic (100 word minimum EACH)
Student one:
i chose to use a clip from youtube .In the movie Cinderella her stepmothers tells Cinderella she can have a chance to go to the prince ball if she does all of her chores. This is an example of positive reinforcement . The stimulus is the chance to go to the ball if she completes all of her work around the house.

Student two:
The instructor is using positive reinforcement to get the students to do a desired behavior.  The instructor just kept rewarding the students until he got them to do what he wanted. The students were unaware of the behavior the instructor wanted them to perform but eventually figured it out.
