Week 5 Recorded Yoga Classes 
Part of the requirements of this class is exercise. As the Catalog Description states, “A combination of physical activity and lecture providing regular exercise to develop physical fitness.” 
You are required to exercise 3 times per week.
Each week I will provide 3 recorded yoga classes so you can exercise at home at your convenience. 
Each class is approximately 35-50 minutes long. 
When you have completed all three classes you will submit your answers to the following questions.
1. What did you enjoy about each of the three classes? Please designate each class. For example, Class #1: I enjoyed the feeling of relaxation after I was done taking the class. You will say something about each class.  

2. What was difficult about the class, or did anything hurt? Be specific. That way I can help. You may also ask a question and I will answer your question in the comments area when I grade your weekly exercise assignment. 

Submit your assignment at the end of each module/week.

Class #4What I enjoyed in yoga was releasing the body into the floor, which made me feel refreshed. The question that arises in this yoga is the reason behind closing the eyes in most parts of the exercise? What if I fail to do so? What was a bit tricky was rolling up into a bridge, feeling vertebra and pressing into the floor.Comment: The whole exercise brings about the refreshment and the aspect of relaxation; through stretching the limbs and movement of the body in its entirety. Although, complex in some activities along with the exercise.Class #5What I enjoyed in yoga was the act of circling through the ankles and spreading the toes apart, and reversing the process as I could feel the flexibility of the joints. The tricky part of the yoga was sitting for quite a long time on the floor.Comment about yoga: The whole exercise brings about understanding the essence of the yoga/exercise required for the body to be fully healthy. The body is now feeling flexible and relaxed.Class #6What I enjoyed in yoga was moving the upper body and letting the shoulders move back and down the spine; I could feel relaxed throughout the exercise. Everything now seemed enjoyable and straightforward as the body is entirely comfortable and flexible within the joints.Comment about yoga: The whole exercise creates embracement and enjoyment in practicing yoga. The training is becoming more and more enjoyable and thrilling in performing some unique activities
