the unhealthy behavior I want to change is Physical activity. I am usually physically inactive. I have no specific reason for not working out except for procrastination/laziness. I have been wanting to change this behavior for awhile but never push myself enough to go or to actually stick with it if I start. I’ve started and stopped working out on multiple occasions. I recently got a gym membership last month but have yet to utilize it. I think becoming physically active will improve many areas of my life including cognition, actual health benefits, strength, staying busy, mental health etc.
