I’m working on a english question and need a sample draft to help me understand better.
response 1- After reviewing my essay, I did notice a couple of fallacies. Circular reason, this was an unintentional fallacies that probably killed my argument. In my essay I wrote that I think some people are born homosexual. I mentioned a family member who was very feminine from a very young age, trying to make it seem that because of his ways growing up, it makes it a fact that you can be born a homosexual. When in fact, there is no proven fact that you can or cannot be born that way. I think that fallacies alone killed my argument but there was another I noticed, but this was unintentional one, Â Appeal to emotions. In my essay I tried to persuade by saying that we should never judge or look at anyone any different because we do not know if in the future any of your children will be in a relationship with someone of the same sex. Looking back, I can see that I was trying to persuade the reader by using a Karma tactic and making them feel bad if they don’t accept people the way they are.
response 2- After reviewing my essay, I compared it to what I watched and learned from this previous video. My article was talking about advice given to my friend who cannot express what is inside. I found that there are some logical fallacies. First of all, I had circular reasoning, meaning that I was rewriting the argument rather than proving it. Frequent sentences were looking for one meaning to express what was inside of us while neglecting how to do it or explaining it. My friend, for example, was my response to all his oppositions in general, which I drew in my imagination about his behavior, which is running away and ashamed of confrontation. The majority of the paragraphs of my article were talking about a mistake in my friend without explaining and without looking into his reasons for doing so. In the end, I learned from this new lesson how to modify the argument to be more convincing while creating a common ground for the argument.
solved Instructions: Identify one social media influencer you could use for
/in /by adminInstructions: Identify one social media influencer you could use for your business, and calculate the Post Reach, Applause Rate, and Engagement Rate for one of their posts. Post ReachPost Reach denotes how many people have seen a post since it went live. This metric is easy to find and even easier to understand. Most importantly, it’s actionable, since it’s affected by the timing (i.e., when is your audience online?) and the content (i.e., what does your audience find valuable?) of your post. How to track it:STEP 1: Measure the reach of any given post.STEP 2: Divide the reach by your total number of followers and multiply by 100 to get your post reach percentage.Applause RateApplause Rate is the number of approval actions (e.g., likes, favorites) a post receives relative to your total number of followers. When a follower likes or favorites one of your posts, she’s acknowledging that it’s valuable to her. Knowing what percentage of your audience finds value in the things you post can—and should—inform your content moving forward. How to track it:STEP 1: Add up the total approval actions a post received over the course of a reporting period.STEP 2: Divide that number by your total followers and multiply by 100 to get your applause rate percentage.Note: Use a social media impact tool (Links to an external site.)Links to an external site. to help track approval actions and simplify the process.Average Engagement RateAverage Engagement Rate is the number of engagement actions (e.g., likes, shares, comments) a post receives relative to your total number of followers. It’s an important metric because higher engagement means your content is resonating with the audience. To prove that, track the engagement rate of every post. If you have a high engagement rate, the actual number of likes and shares and comments is irrelevant. How to track it:STEP 1: Add up a post’s total likes, comments, and shares.STEP 2: Divide by your total number of followers and multiply by 100 to get your average engagement rate percentage.

/in /by adminFirst I’d like your group to discuss the difference between a hate crime and a violent crimes. Rather than reiterating what one person says in their post, add something new that you discovered in your research. What are the core differences to you? What are the problems in dividing the two different kinds of crimes? Use examples from the play, and from the real world.Next, discuss the ways in which the script was woven together. Clearly, the interviews were edited down and a dramatic arc was forged from the edited pieces. You will need to look at the actual script, which is attached as a PDF, to answer this part. You just need to explore the first act of the play (in addition to viewing the film). The company used counterpoint and juxtaposition to build dramatic tension. Tell us about a place in the script that they did this very well. Which characters challenge the views of each other? And how does this create dramatic tension?ANSWERING THE QUESTIONS: Use examples from readings and films and your life. Use facts, not opinions. Follow “Netiquette†guidelines – posted at the top of the course pagesUse proper spelling and grammar. If this is a challenge to you please create your posts in a word document so that you can use auto-correct for spelling and grammarAnswer all parts of the questionYour posts should be thoroughYour posts must be original (not taking from somewhere else, UNLESS YOU USE PROPER MLA CITATION METHODS)Substantial: Posts should relate to the subject matter and provide information or questions about that subject matter. Concise: Studies have shown that posts that are several screens long do not get many replies. The point of your post should be clear.Provocative: A good post is one that prompts others to reply or object.Explanatory: A good post explores, explains, or expands on a concept or connection.Logical: A good post should contain a clearly stated conclusion of thesis supported by premises, reason, evidence or grounds of beliefSources: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Documentary_theatre

solved I’m working on a religion discussion question and need support
/in /by adminI’m working on a religion discussion question and need support to help me understand better.
Hi Everyone,
This week you have two questions for your discussion board:
First, this week, I asked you to complete a 5-minute meditation with me. Â So, I would like to hear from you how it went! Â Was it easy or hard? Â Were you able to create spaces between your thoughts when you just focused on your breath? Â What could be some benefits to meditation? Â And how do you think it helps Buddhists achieve greater awareness of the world and eventually enlightenment?
Second, last week you heard the story of Siddhartha Gautama – the prince who lived a life of complete hedonism, then renounced it all to find enlightenment. Â This story is central to Buddhism, but many devout Buddhists say that it’s probably not “true” in a historical sense, and that whether or not the story actually happened doesn’t even matter. Â
For them, the story is important because it teaches an important truth about how to live one’s life – one shouldn’t live completely for pleasure and oneself, but also one shouldn’t deny themselves everything. Â Neither of these paths leads to enlightenment. Â One should follow the example of the Buddha, even if he wasn’t a real historical figure.
Can a myth be important even if it’s not historically true? Â Can you think of any other examples of stories or myths in religion or society that are probably not actually true, but are important nonetheless? Â
This is connected to another central idea of Buddhism, which is the rejection of blind belief. Â The Buddha taught that you shouldn’t believe anything unless it has proven to be true for yourself. Â He told his disciples never to believe his teachings, but to try it out for themselves and see if it helps them find greater calm and clarity in their lives. Â
Is this an appropriate attitude for a religion? Â Or should a religious tradition include some sense of faith or trust in the tradition/teacher that they don’t question EVERYTHING a religious authority figure says?
solved Business Express: Congratulations on your appointment as VP of Total
/in /by adminBusiness Express: Congratulations on your appointment as VP of Total Rewards for Business Express. Business Express is an internet office supply company headquartered in Denver Colorado. They have no brick and mortar outlets and derive all of their sales through internet, telephone or sales rep generated orders. Business Express has customers throughout the continental US and Canada. While most customers are business purchasing supplies for their organization about 25% of Business Express sales come from individual consumers.
Business express was founded in 2005 and has grown at double digit annual rates. When the company was founded the HR processes including compensation were not well thought out, defined or delivered. As a result, there is no clear rationale or structure to what employees get paid and whether their compensation package is competitive from both an internal and external basis. In addition, there is a question as to whether the pay practices conform to Federal and State Law. Senior management has concerned that the compensation strategy does not engage employees, does not align and drive performance consistent with company goals and objectives and does not focus employees on customer engagement.
The briefs and final projects are not APA papers. They should be sited using APA format but but should look like a business report or brief that you might use in a workplace. Business memo can use colors, charts, and other techniques to engage the reader.
Assignment: Reflect on the type of jobs that would be present in each of the major areas of the organization: executive management, administrative office, sales and warehouse/shipping. Identify a job that would typically be present in each of the areas (a total of 4 jobs: 1 executive, 1 office/administrative, 1 sales and 1 warehouse/shipping) and write a briefing to management giving an overview of the job description that you would expect to be associated with the position and a preliminary overview of the key compensation issues the position presents.Â
solved Your boss, who was impressed by your memo, has asked
/in /by adminYour boss, who was impressed by your memo, has asked you to identify a single significant issue in your industry and prepare a research-based position paper on how your company can most effectively address the issue. The issue may be one of the trends you identified in project 2, or it may be an overarching issue related to the trends. Use your research to find out how the issue has been addressed by other companies in the past and how experts in the field recommend addressing it. Include in-text citations.Your paper should open with an introductory paragraph that identifies a specific issue and makes a claim about its significance in your industry. The rest of your paper will develop an argument that supports this claim. Body paragraphs need to describe and justify your proposed approach to the issue and explain how it relates to how other companies or experts have addressed the same issue based on your research. Use information from your sources to support your ideas while ensuring that your own voice and ideas control the paper. Be sure to include a parenthetical citation (Author’s last name, year of publication) at the end of every sentence that includes words, ideas, or data from a source. While presenting your own argument, you should also anticipate and refute counter-arguments or alternative approaches. By showing that you understand other approaches and being very clear about how your approach is preferable, you will be more likely to convince readers to take your advice. You should end your paper with a concluding paragraph that reiterates your recommendation and reminds readers of the most important points you want them to remember.Present your research-based position in an essay of 4-5 double-spaced pages (ca. 1,000-1,250 words using a font consistent with APA guidelines). Include at least five sources in your list of references. Cite each source you list as a reference at least once by using parenthetical citations in the body of your paper. Use APA format for the paper, including the References page.

/in /by adminI don’t understand this Writing question and need help to study.
You have just been hired as the chief executive officer (CEO) in a medium-sized organization. The organization is not suffering financially, but neither is it doing as well as it could do. This is largely because the organization is stagnated in old ideas having not kept pace with the changing standards of the sector it serves. It does; however, have a handful of new employees who are eager to see the organization modernize. The organization also has several long-time employees who have remained with the company through the good times and the bad. The board of directors feels a sense of loyalty and obligation to these steadfast individuals, but the board also knows that moving some parts of the operation “off-shore” would be better for the organization. In this assignment, you will discuss how you as a leader would direct this organization through the changes that are necessary for its survival.Â
A discussion of the foundational leadership theories upon which you would draw to lead this organization. (Benchmarks C1.1:Assess and synthesize historical foundations of leadership theories and their applications.)
A discussion of the application of foundational leadership theories to diverse populations and settings. How would you apply the appropriate theory to the above scenario? (Benchmarks C1.3: Identify and apply foundational theories in diverse settings.)
A discussion of how you would assess the effectiveness of those foundational leadership theories and adapt them to the diverse populations and settings represented in the above scenario. (Benchmarks C1.4: Assess the effects of leadership theories and propose adaptations based on those assessments.)
A statement of how your leadership skills and style would be an asset or drawback to your effectiveness as a leader in this environment. (Benchmarks C1.2: Assess and recognize one’s own leadership skills and how those skills naturally become an asset or a drawback to becoming an effective leader.)
