Student post down below:The way to show stakeholders that are resistant to the proposal presented to them is being able to convince the stakeholders that there is a need for what’s being asked. The River bend City community is suffering from their youth not completing high school which would bring many problems and issues with the community. Providing the data to show as proof of the age, gender, ethnic background of how the need for corrections within the community. This would provide a much clear what is being mentioned in the presentation? Showing the stakeholders how the youth of Riverbend City will cause a long-term problem. (Capella, 2021)
The process is showing data to identify what is needed and have the stakeholders review the data while it’s being explained. Educate the stakeholders that the problem River bend city struggling with the future of the One-stop and Second Chance programs. These programs are providing ideas to resolve the problems with the youth increase in expulsion and dropout while the juvenile justice systems increase in juvenile offenders. Adjusting the school to prison -pipeline. Collaborating with the stakeholders to get their ideas making them feel a part of the proposal may bring some relief and not so much push back. Allowing the stakeholders to provide their own thoughts may be helpful. (Capella,2021)
This would provide a clearer understanding of how the problem with River bend city youth would need to change and provide a budget to help make this program to grow. At the same time keeping the budget cost down and bringing higher expectations to getting this growing problem solved. Guenole, et (2017)
