Prepare an evaluation proposal (including anticipated results) for a criminal justice policy or program in your area of interest.
Create a 12- to 14-slide Microsoft® PowerPoint® presentation with detailed speaker notes. Use complete sentences, with correct grammar and punctuation, to fully explain each slide as if you were giving an in-person presentation.
The proposal should include:

A title of proposed study
Abstract (maximum of 150 word summary of entire proposal)
Background section, including a description of the policy or program, and goals and objectives of the program
The purpose of the evaluation
Evaluation questions, including:
Methodology (sample, groups, setting, instrumentation, procedures, data)
Analysis
Impact and significance of the study
Limitations
Mock or real presentation of results
Conclusions and Recommendations

This assignment is designed to help you understand the differences between qualitative and quantitative research designs, as well as select the appropriate method for the research question you have been working on throughout the course.
Step 1: Restate  research question research question “Among people under the age of 35 in my community, what is the most effective digital communication strategy that can be applied to boost community engagement?”  and select the type of research (quantitative or qualitative) that is most appropriate for it.
Step 2: Summarize the major steps in that type of research.
Step 3: Determine the specific type or approach (i.e., quasi-experimental, phenomenological, etc.) you would employ and explain why that is the best selection.
Step 4: Explain potential data.
Step 5: Explain how analyzing and interpreting that data can inform your research question.

The best way to tackle this assignment is to take the position of acting as a consulting firm for your Company, liken it to having been asked by the company to analysis their MGMT practices e.g. leadership, culture, structure, etc…and report your findings back to them based on research/evidence, and deliver viable and sound recommendations. Does top Mgmt & leadership in the organization appear to support the employees in its activities or challenges? Is there evidence of effective MGMT practices What, how, why – explain in some depth?In your analysis, you will need to include rich examples, and detailed stories about and from the organization based on evidence and solid research to provide a big picture of what’s going on inside the organization, what the organizational context is like, addressing how, what, who and when – all relative to the MGMT topics to choose to analyze.
