Go to the Healthy People website and search for the LHIs (Leading Health Indicators). Read about ONE of the LHI that interests you. Find the Healthy People 2020 statistical data that measured the achievement of that outcome. What is the goal for the Healthy People 2030 outcome? Which statistic would demonstrate improvement of that outcome? For our discussions, please consider how you might become involved as a citizen or as a nurse in working on one of the LHI priorities in your community.
