Create a paper. I will give all the instruction and examples to do this. I will upload a two pdf. The first one is  California standards for the teaching profession (CSTP) (2009). The second one is Continuum of teaching practice. The steps are : 
California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTP’s) (Links to an external site.) address the diversity of students and teachers in California schools today, and they reflect a holistic, developmental view of teaching. This tool is used for Teacher Credential Programs, Teacher Induction, and School District Staff Evaluations. Teachers evaluate themselves and administrators support and monitor teacher development over time using the CSTP’s and a Continuum of Learning (CTP) (Links to an external site.).  The CTP has a 5-element rating scale: Emerging, Exploring, Applying, Integrating, and Innovating.

Choose One CSTP Focus Area and 2 Elements that you would want to continue to develop as a first-year teacher.
