Paper – Case Study:
Case studies provide an excellent opportunity for you to conduct more in-depth research and analysis on a relevant corporate intelligence topic or incident. Each student is required to write a 6 in pages research paper utilizing Turbain (Times new roman12 font size) format, not including cover/title page, list of references, or any appendices according to the guidelines below. The paper must be clear, concise, and logically organized, with correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure

What techniques were used by either or both sides to gain a competitive advantage?
Did either or both corporations violate federal laws?
How did one or both corporations respond to the charges?
How can we apply lessons learned to current corporations who are working tirelessly to protect their corporate secrets?
How does corporate espionage differ from cyber espionage?
