MY SELECTED TOPIC : case study on Stakeholders and the ethical issues that occur in the business.

PLEASE DONT FORGET TO RELATE TO POWERPOINTS, ON SECTIONS THAT FOCUS ON THE CASE STUDY TOPIC
Each student is required to submit his/her study of a specific case study, applying the analytical frameworks learned in the course. Topics must be cleared with me in advance (see Appendix 1: Case Study Structure below for more detailed instructions). Deadline for choosing a topic: 3/4 Submission deadline: 4/29 Word Limit: 1,500 (exclusive of references and appendices).
Introduction State a summary of a case from within the Ferrell textbook or applicable to a course conceapt. Then specify which one of the course concepts or theoretical frameworks you plan to use in your analysis: Stakeholder Relationships, Ethical Decision-making, etc.) 8
Analysis This is where the case you are writing about will be detailed and analyzed. Focus on applying the theoretical framework or course concept. You do not need to explain the details of the framework; I assume you and I both know them. For example: You can show that the culture of a specific organization emphasizes certain values and beliefs without defining what values and beliefs are. You can say the culture endorses wrongful behavior without defining what an endorsement is. Your analysis should be factual, not moralistic. The Business Ethics case observed behavior you are analyzing may be reprehensible, but you can analyze it without saying the behavior is terrible. You should remain dispassionate as much as possible.
Conclusion You have freedom over what you want to say in the conclusion. Some of you may want to address how the problem can be fixed. Some of you may want to say things you could not quite fit the analysis. The conclusion may also include food for thought or your own judgment about the case. Regardless, it should be short. And it should have at least one research-based recommendation on how you would have handled this situation described in the case.
References (Works Cited) Include proper references in APA format. Identify name of author, title of the article or book or podcast/video, and the venue where the work has appeared (title of the journal, newspaper, etc.). Remember that such titles are italicized. Include the issue/volume/date/page numbers. If you have used a Website, include the URL. Remember that your references must include some peer-reviewed sources. Complete reliance on news media will, in most cases, lead to a grade penalty.

Option 1: Students will watch the documentary, “The Hunting Ground” (available on Amazon) and write a 2-4 page reflection paper (12-point, Times New Roman, double-spaced, no citations required). Students should identify two topics depicted in the film that they find to be the most interesting and explain why they chose these topics. Students should conclude papers by addressing whether they believe that rape/sexual assault/inappropriate sexual behavior is a problem on Fresno State’s campus or off-campus parties. If so, what should be done to reduce it? If not, what is it about Fresno State that makes it stand out in comparison to other campuses (i.e., why is our college culture different than others)? Example topics (choose anything, just offering a few possible topics):University actions to reduce the visibility of rape/sexual assault reportsBacklash against victims who report and advocates who try to assist (e.g., police, lawyers, professors)Offenders preying on vulnerable personsAlcohol as a weapon to reduce someone’s inhibitions for sexProtecting athletes who commit rape/sexual assaultParty culture/fraternitiesGeneral “acceptance” of rape/sexual assault during college Option 2: Students will watch the documentary, “Roll, Red, Roll” (available on Netflix) and write a 2-4 page reflection paper (12-point, Times New Roman, double-spaced, no citations required). solved A total of 3 items should be submitted on Canvas

A total of 3 items should be submitted on Canvas via this assignment link (Implicit Bias Reflection):1-2) Screen shots of both test results (2 pic images, 1 for each test)3) Reflection response to the results of both tests (1, 1-2 page doc file for both tests)https://implicit.harvard.edu/implicit/takeatest.ht…People don’t always say what’s on their minds. One reason is that they are unwilling. For example, someone might report smoking a pack of cigarettes per day because they are embarrassed to admit that they smoke two. Another reason is that they are unable. A smoker might truly believe that she smokes a pack a day, or might not keep track at all. The difference between being unwilling and unable is the difference between purposely hiding something from someone and unknowingly hiding something from yourself. The Implicit Association Test (IAT) measures attitudes and beliefs that people may be unwilling or unable to report. The IAT may be especially interesting if it shows that you have an implicit attitude that you did not know about. For example, you may believe that women and men should be equally associated with science, but your automatic associations could show that you (like many others) associate men with science more than you associate women with science.Complete two implicit bias tests. 1) Race (‘Black – White’ IAT)One of the following:2a) Skin-tone (‘Light Skin – Dark Skin’ IAT)2b) Asian American (‘Asian – European American’ IAT)When you complete the test, take a screenshot of the test result. This is proof that you took the test. If you forget to do this, you need to re-take the test to completion to be able to take another screenshot. After having completed both tests, write a reflexive response that addresses both your test results. The response should be between 400 to 500 words (approximately one page single spaced or two pages double spaced). Your response should include:The scores you expected, and how, if at all, your actual scores differed from your expectations. Any rationalization you have for the difference between your expected and actual score. What you interpret your score to mean, in terms of race and racism. The emotional impact of seeing the difference between your expected and actual results. Assessment: 4 Points – Grading will be based on the completion of the tests and the thoughtfulness of your response.Completion of a test is worth 1 point (1 point per test = 2 points). The written response is worth 2 points and will be evaluated as follows:400 to 500 words

Foreign Criminal Justice System Video
Hi, for this assignment I just need assistance with the Outline/ Written transcript. I will be recording the video myself. Thanks! The details are below..

For this assignment, you will create an original, informational, 3- to 5-minute video presentation on a foreign country’s criminal justice system of your choice as though you are standing in front of U.S. diplomatic personnel who are arriving in the country to learn about this foreign country’s criminal justice system.
For your video presentation, ensure you address the topics below.

Are there any specific laws or customs from the selected country that may influence what you can do or cannot do as a private citizen?
What type of police force protects the country (national, state, or local police or military)?
What is the court system like for the citizens of that country? Do they have the same rights as an individual in the United States?
What is the prison system like if you were convicted of a crime?

Review the  Media Guidelines document prior to beginning the assignment because it will aid you in developing your video.
Your video should provide a clear visual of you speaking. Make sure you dress properly and speak naturally in a pleasant, social way. You may use any recording equipment to record your video, including a cell phone. Record your video in front of a stage at a local community center (if possible) or a relevant backdrop. Please ensure that there are no distracting or overbearing sounds that hinder the viewer’s ability to clearly hear your presentation.
Your video and written transcript should address the requirements set forth above. Be concise and to the point.
After you have recorded the video, you will upload it to YouTube. Review the  YouTube Upload Instructions document to assist you in this process. You will provide the link to your video as outlined below.
To submit your 3- to 5-minute video, copy the link from YouTube and paste the link into a Word document. Below the link in the Word document, include your video transcript.
A few key points are:

Are there any specific laws or customs from the selected country that may influence what you can do or cannot do as a private citizen?

solved Paper on Locke & the Hensel TwinsWrite two full pages,

Paper on Locke & the Hensel TwinsWrite two full pages, double spaced typed, on Locke and the Hensel Twins. We watched the movie Joined for Life on the Hensel Twins. You may watch other videos on them (there are plenty on YouTube, including the long BBC documentary, and some TLC videos.)NOTE THAT THERE IS MUCH MISINFORMATION AND FAKE NEWS ABOUT THEM! BE CAREFUL!You must answer this question: are the girls (A) one person; (B) two people; or (C) something else. You must refer to Locke reading in our textbook concerning the definition of persons, and you must apply what Locke says to the case of the Hensel Twins. Locke discusses cases which are very similar to the Hensel Twins. You need to find those cases and relate them to the Twins. You get no credit for merely repeating irrelevant details of the film (e.g. where they live, the name of their English teacher). You get no credit for an elaborate discussion of their bodies, unless it is relevant to the issues about being one person or two persons. You get no credit for your personal opinion. Your task is to use evidence from the movie to construct an argument for your answer. You get no credit for merely telling me that the Twins have different preferences (one likes apples and the other does not – so what, that’s not relevant in the least). You get zero credit if you fail to distinguish between persons and humans. Obviously, there is only one human involved, because humans are bodies and there is one body with two heads. You need to carefully explain (using evidence from what you’ve watched or read) whether the Twins have one mind, two minds, or something else (e.g. overlapping or fused minds). Do they really have distinct memories? Distinct streams of consciousness? What evidence is there that their minds are separate? What evidence is there that their minds overlap? What evidence is there that they have only one mind? You need to carefully explain (using evidence from the movies or articles) whether the Twins have the same moral responsibility (e.g. both are responsible for an act of their body, both get the same rewards and punishments for what they do) or whether one Twin can be morally responsible for something and the other not. Can they make their own independent decisions and plans? You need to carefully explain (using evidence) whether the twins are one agent or two, especially when it comes to social activities like sports, jobs, money, ownership, marriage, and children.Useful Linkshttps://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWZrpIHt9H2…
