Instructions:

Identify an individual from another culture or co-culture to interview for this assignment. Do consider your classmates and their co-cultures; anyone in class you would like to interview?   (examples: ethnicity, race, religion, country of origin, age/generation, socioeconomic class, or groups with a common trait, belief, or hobby such as Cosplayer, Trekkie, or Nudist (I indicate these as hobbies only because they are not 24/7… I don’t think). The list are just some options, email your instructor if you need more ideas or feedback on your idea).
Develop 8-10 interview questions that are designed to help you understand the culture. You are not required to ask all of the questions, but you should have a variety of questions to choose from. Your questions should be open ended questions- meaning they can’t be answered as “yes” or “no”.  (Consider some of the content you wrote about in your own Cultural Identity paper- i.e., Hofstede’s and Kluckhohn & Strodtbeck’s Value Orientations)
Set a date and time for conducting your interview, and take notes in response to each question you ask.
Write paper that addresses the paper guidelines listed below.

Paper Guidelines:

3-5 pages, double spaced, Arial or Times New Roman, 11 or 12 point font.
Address the following components:

Name of the interviewee (or pseudonym if the interviewee prefers), and the culture or co-culture to which they belong.
Reasons why you chose the culture/co-culture and interviewee.
The expectations you had going into the interview, and whether they were met.
Summarize the responses given to your questions, and indicate how they illustrate concepts or theories that we’ve addressed this term.
The most valuable lesson about culture that you learned from the interview.

From the TWS you will develop factors 1, 2, & 3 for this portion of the assignment. Attached you will find a TWS. Within the TWS are 7 Factors that you will complete using the TWS. This assignment 1 will include 1, 2, &3. Read carefully and make sure you provide responses that satisfies the requested information. Number 1 is contextual that ask you to describe your community, school and students. Who are your students? How do they learn? What does your community look like? How is the economy? What is your school like? Discuss any problems you have as a teacher. This is a discussion for contextual about your students and your school and community. The second factor is Learning Goals. Link learning goals with contractual factors you have discussed in contextual. Also link LG with state and federal standards. Learning goals will tell what you want your students to know linked to state standards. Follow subsections to keep you on line with what you should report on in each section. These LG should be appropriate for your learners, challenging and has variety. Make them interesting and fitting. Number 3 is assessment. Now, how will you determine what your students know already about the LG you have chosen? You will now use pre assessment to determine what your students already know. An example of the assessment plan table is on page 8 of TWS. Activities are listed and adaptations are also on chart. Follow the chart to guide you in your discussion. I teach 7th & 8th grade social studies at Leflore County High School in Itta Bena Mississippi. It is located in Leflore County Ms, 8 miles from Greenwood MS (the city listed in the example, in fact, some of that information can be used for my report) I have a healthy mix of alllll students. Low & high functioning.

any scholars contend that Western perspectives dominate the field of adult learning. A heavy reliance on Western perspectives alone may, however, marginalize other systems of learning and knowing. This week you will explore other systems of learning and knowing in order to expand your awareness of and sensitivity to the great variety of approaches to adult education that exist in the world.
For this Assignment, consider what you learned as you participated in this week’s Discussion. Then respond to the following questions:
How do your perspectives and beliefs as an adult educator compare with those of Confucian and other cultures, as presented in this week’s Learning Resources?
Why does having an understanding of and sensitivity to non-Western perspectives enable you to better understand yourself as an adult learner and support the learning of adults? Explain.

Be specific and provide concrete examples.

solved 1. All available IPv4 addresses were completely used and sold

1. All available IPv4 addresses were completely used and sold out several years ago. However, IPv4 addressing continues to still be used today because of something called Network Address Translation (NAT). This enables an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to issue an IPv4 address to a company or individual, and then within that company’s network through NAT, the single address is shared so that all devices inside the network have their own unique addresses (which are not broadcast on the Internet), and share the external address given to the company by the ISP. IPv6 was created to provide a much larger range of addresses so that we would never (theoretically) run out of addresses again and so that each individual connected device would have its own unique address. While IPv6 addressing is in use, most systems are not set up to use it exclusively (or really at all). If most companies are still using IPv4, why is it important to understand IPv6? What is the current status of IPv6 deployment in your organization? Please watch the video link below regarding IPv6 for more information to help with your discussion response.2. Companies and devices today use Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) to automatically distribute IP addresses to connected devices. Some devices, like servers and printers, are typically configured using static (fixed) addresses. For this discussion, ask your network administrator at your company how they utilize DHCP and static routes. What did you find out? Did any of the answers surprise you? Do they use any static addresses for WiFi-connected devices? Please review the video link below from Professor Messer on DHCP for more information.THERE ARE 2 DISCUSSIONS AND I NEED EACH DISCUSSION IN 300 WORDS EACH. APA FORMAT AND REFERNECES

Discussion: Personality DisordersPersonality disorders can arise through trauma, and they often carry added stigma. In this Discussion, you analyze a case study focused on a personality disorder while also reflecting on how power, privilege, and stigma affect such diagnoses. To prepare: Review the case provided by your instructor for this week’s Discussion and consider your differential diagnostic process for them. Be sure to consider any past diagnoses and what influence those might have on their current diagnosis and needs. Finally, return to the Week 1 resources on stigma and reflect on stigma related to personality disorders.By Day 4Post a 300- to 500-word response in which you address the following:Provide the full DSM-5 diagnosis. Remember, a full diagnosis should include the name of the disorder, ICD-10-CM code, specifiers, severity, and the Z codes (other conditions that may need clinical attention). Keep in mind a diagnosis covers the most recent 12 months.Explain the diagnosis by matching the symptoms identified in the case to the specific criteria for the diagnosis.Support your decision by identifying the symptoms which meet specific criteria for each diagnosis.Identify any close differentials and why they were eliminated. Concisely support your decisions with the case materials and readings.Explain how diagnosing a client with a personality disorder may affect their treatment.Analyze how power and privilege may influence who is labeled with a personality disorder and which types of personality disorders.Identify how trauma affects the case, either precipitating the diagnosis and/or resulting from related symptoms or treatment of diagnosis.

solved This week’s discussion centers on the fallacies discussed in Chapter

This week’s discussion centers on the fallacies discussed in Chapter 5 in order to gain a better understanding of how to identify them, why they might be persuasive, and why they might be dangerous when we allow ourselves to accept conclusions based on this fallacious reasoning. It will ask you to first choose two different fallacies and explain your understanding of them, giving an example of each of them; then discuss why you think it is persuasive; and finally discuss the possible dangers of being swayed by them. Here are step-by-step instructions on what to do:1) Read Chapter 5, pages 155-178 in the 5th edition of the textbook The Power of Critical Thinking, or just up to the section titled “Persuaders: Rhetorical Moves” (Stop when you reach this section.) Take notes regarding each of the fallacies of “irrelevant premises” and “unacceptable premises”.2) Write your initial post. In your post:Choose one of the fallacies of irrelevant premises and one of the fallacies of unacceptable premises and explain each fallacy: describe it and give your own example of how someone might use this fallacy in their reasoning. You may consider reasoning you’ve heard in politics, the media including social media, advertisement, or discussions you have with family and friends as you think about your example.Explain why you think the use of this fallacious reasoning could be persuasive in terms of getting people to accept a claim or be taken in by them. Discuss possible dangers presented by allowing ourselves to be taken in by the fallacies you identify. How might they misguide our beliefs and the choices we make based on them? Why as a critical thinker do you think it is important to be able to recognize and avoid making those decisions based on fallacious reasoning?
