solved i have an idea about establishing cloud laboratory with logistic

i have an idea about establishing cloud laboratory with logistic services, the business is B2B and B2C. the main idea is to open a virtual laboratory to help other laboratories to expand their daily operations and also providing that for patients also with good  prices. As well as, providing logistic services such as transferring blood samples between labs, and between towns to cities. Moreover, to launch an app that will help the registered laboratories in our platform by connecting them with the lab specialist freelancers. to clarify the idea more, when the labs receive orders from patients for blood collections in a home visit, our platform allows labs to post their orders to be seen by the freelancers, and then the freelancers will be able catch the order and go directly to the patient in his/her house for collecting the blood sample, and then the freelancer will deliver the sample to the lab. Therefore, the main business is to run a laboratory, which will provide various of all the types of medical analyses that patients need, and also that may help other laboratories in their shortage by providing the send out agreements to receive their medical analyses. The second service is to provide prepared cars to transfer blood samples between labs, wither in the same city or between a lab that locates in a town and the other lab is in the city, so we can be a third party to deliver the samples. the third one is platform to link all labs with lab specialist freelancers for home visit.
The requirements is to describe the business in highlight. secondly, to list what most three problems can face labs and how we can solve it. thirdly, to make the vision and mission.

150 word response and citation to the below statement. Include recommendations to other tools/training that are useful.“There are many different types of CRM. However, most CRM software primarily focuses on one major category below: operational CRM, analytical CRM, and collaborative CRM.” (Kulpa, 2017) I think NERFA should look into getting an analytical CRM for their use because NERFA doesn’t really sell a product we rely on our social interactions as well as our panels and YouTube analytics. “The goal of analytical CRM is to improve customer satisfaction.” (Kulpa, 2017) This is what we want to do is improve our members satisfaction. We are constantly sending out polls to our members to try and figure out what they want for content from us. “Intensive efforts that automatically schedule operational CRM activities or automatically send e-mails or texts to customers based on preset criteria derived from predictive analytics.” (Gillman, 2014) I would recommend Tableau as a tool/software for NERFA to use. With its ease of boosting digital marketing campaigns, this is just what NERFA could use. The advantage of using this tool is that everything would be in one spot as opposed to where it is now all over the place. They would not have to go to each app to figure out their numbers every week.References Gillman, D. (2014, March). Toolbox.com. Retrieved April 01, 2021, from https://tinyurl.com/z4t9m5baKulpa, J. solved Discussion 5:Dash Riprock is a cost analyst with Safe Insurance

Discussion 5:Dash Riprock is a cost analyst with Safe Insurance Company. Safe is applying standards to its claims payment operation. Claims payments is a repetitive operation that could be evaluated with standards. Dash used time and motion studies to identify an ideal standard of 36 claims processed per hour. The claims processing department manager, Henry, has rejected this standard and has argued that the standard should be 30 claims processed per hour. Henry and Dash were unable to agree, so they decided to discuss this matter openly at a joint meeting with the vice president (VP) of operations, who would arbitrate a final decision. Prior to the meeting, Dash wrote the following memo to the VP:As you know, Henry and I are scheduled to meet with you to discuss our disagreement with respect to the appropriate standards for the claims processing department. I have conducted time and motion studies and have determined that the ideal standard is 36 claims processed per hour. Henry argues that 30 claims processed per hour would be more appropriate. I believe he is trying to ‘pad’ the budget with some slack. I’m not sure what he is trying to get away with, but I believe a tight standard will drive efficiency up in his area. I hope you will agree when we meet with you next week.Discuss the professionalism of the memo to the vice president. Is this deemed appropriate, why or why not? Should this have been worked out between the two employees? Between Dash and Henry, which side are you on? Support your thoughts and reasoning. How does ethics play a role in this situation? What about the discrepancy in the number of claims (30 versus 36)? Is there a problem there also?

solved Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read this week’s

Prior to beginning work on this assignment, read this week’s assigned readings. In the required article, Customer Obsession and the Platinum Rule (Reid, 2016), the author refers to the “Platinum Rule” for developing outstanding customer relationships and discusses the importance of customer service. Your textbook emphasizes the idea that customer service is a strong competitive weapon, which is difficult for competition to imitate. In logistics, the four dimensions of customer service are time, dependability, communication, and convenience. Advanced transportation and technology are the main drivers of globalization that contribute to these four dimensions. See Table 7.2 on page 124 of your text (Murphy & Knemeyer, 2018).
For this assignment, you will research a large global transportation company, write a paper that discusses how customer service supports logistics and supply chain management, and then analyze how this relationship contributes to a company’s competitive advantage in the global marketplace.
In your paper,

Select one transportation company from the list of the World’s Largest Transportation Companies, published by Forbes.
Explain how your chosen company’s current logistics and/or supply chain management practices supports each of the four dimensions of customer service. (The company’s website and annual report are often good starting points for your research.)
Assess how the company can strengthen the contribution of each dimension to future gains in profitability and/or customer service with at least two of the four dimensions. Provide two to three examples of how other companies have already done so to support your assessment.

Movie/TV Analysis Essay
Please include outline, rough draft, and final draft.
As part of our pop culture/visual rhetoric component of our class, you will be providing a critical analysis of a movie or TV show of your choice.
You will need to address the following question:
What does this movie/show argue/portray about society?
To help you answer that question, you should critique your movie/show using Poetics (plot, character, thought, diction, melody and spectacle).   In addition, you may want to research the movie’s director, writer, producer, etc. Furthermore, you will look at how well the movie did, the audience demographic and, the genre. Keep in mind, that you may not end up using all of that information in your final draft, you will only use what is relevant to supporting your claim.
You will be expected to quote from the movie/show and/or reference specific scenes to support your claims.
The most important aspect of your analysis will be the social connection. Please research societal trends/narratives that contributed to the movie’s or show’s development. If your movie or show is a period piece, you will need to do research on what was happening in the year the movie or show was set in as well as what was happening in the year the movie/show was released. Similarly, if your movie/show is a remake, you will need to discuss what was happening when it was first released, and what was happening when it was released as a remake.  You may want to look into which years the writer began writing the script for the movie/show for further analysis.
*Note, you cannot write about any of the movies/shows that we have discussed in this class (Choose from file)
