solved Social workers can apply knowledge and skills learned from conducting

Social workers can apply knowledge and skills learned from conducting one type of evaluation to others. Moreover, evaluations themselves can inform and com`plement each other throughout the life of a program. This week, you apply all that you have learned about program evaluation throughout this course to aid you in program evaluation. To prepare for this Assignment, review “Basic Guide to Program Evaluation (Including Outcomes Evaluation)” from this week’s resources, Plummer, S.-B., Makris, S., & Brocksen S. (Eds.). (2014b). Social work case studies: Concentration year. Retrieved from http://www.vitalsource.com , especially the sections titled “Outcomes-Based Evaluation” and “Contents of an Evaluation Plan.” Then, select a program that you would like to evaluate. You should build on work that you have done in previous assignments, but be sure to self-cite any written work that you have already submitted. Complete as many areas of the “Contents of an Evaluation Plan” as possible, leaving out items that assume you have already collected and analyzed the data.By Day 7Submit a 4- to 5-page paper that outlines a plan for a program evaluation focused on outcomes. Be specific and elaborate. Include the following information:The purpose of the evaluation, including specific questions to be answeredThe outcomes to be evaluatedThe indicators or instruments to be used to measure those outcomes, including the strengths and limitations of those measures to be used to evaluate the outcomesA rationale for selecting among the six group research designsThe methods for collecting, organizing and analyzing data

I’m working on a Public Health question and need guidance to help me study.

QUESTION TO ANSWER:
Adaptation is a process of making changes to an evidence-based program or intervention to meet the needs of a new context, such as making it appropriate for a different population or organizational setting, without compromising or deleting its core components. Consider a public health program or intervention provided by your practicum site. What recommendations would you make for adapting this program or intervention to a different population? What factors will you need to consider to address cultural competence as part of this adaptation?

solved This week we continue our investigation of some very powerful

This week we continue our investigation of some very powerful stories from ancient Ireland: “How Cúchulainn was Begotten,” “Cúchulainn’s Wooing of Emer and His Training in Arms with Scáthach,” and “The Death of Aife’s One Son.” The first story about Cú Chullain’s conception and birth, offers readers some particularly bizarre events, and we need to remember that there’s no logical explanation for these sorts of details! Our exploration of stories about the Irish superhero Cú Chulainn come to an end with “Cú Chulainn’s Boyhood Deeds.”  These stories, which are more like short anecdotes than complete stories, offer readers more of the “weird and wonderful” or simply those bizarre events have come to expect with this ancient Irish material. We just have to accept it – there is no explanation, no logic possible to make sense of what we encounter here. We have to accept what we read, and enjoy!!
Discussion Question:
Why do the men of Ulster decide that Cú Chulainn needs his own wife?  What are the men so concerned about? What does this indicate about the young superhero in the making? The men send out search parties all over Ireland to find the woman who’d make the best wife for Cú Chulainn, but after one year of active searching, the men return to Ulster empty-handed!

solved Final Project – Organizational ChangeRead the areas of the introduction

Final Project – Organizational ChangeRead the areas of the introduction to Week 5 of our course which address structuring organizational change and organizational change strategies. Go to the South University Online Library and find literature concerning the design and implementation of an intervention. As you design the intervention, analyze, evaluate, and explain in detail the answer to these questions about the work problem and the project which you are undertaking:What are you trying to “fix” in your organization? What are the critical questions to be answered by the organizational change? Why is the change needed by the organization and its members? What would happen if the change was not made? What are the possible pitfalls of implementing this organizational change? What problems might be encountered if the organizational change was made? What are the benefits of such an organizational change intervention? What are the possible results of this organizational change? As you begin the implementation of this organizational change, how will you communicate the goals of the intervention to organization members? How will you start the organizational change intervention at your workplace?Good luck, change agent!Submission Details:Submit your response in an 8- to 10-page Microsoft Word document.

solved Question 2: Rio  Amazonia Construction (RAC), a large multinational

Question 2: Rio  Amazonia Construction (RAC), a large multinational in S. America, is  proposing to issue 500 million of € bonds to institutional investors in  Europe and Asia. The bonds will be issued under ICMA standard terms under bond documentation subject to English law.
RAC  also has requested your advice on the issue of termination of the bond  issue after launch and prior to closing date and in particular, what  rights it has in the decision to terminate.

solved Students will write abstracts at the end of each module

Students will write abstracts at the end of each module integrating and summarizing the most important points from the chapters discussed in the module. Class participants will demonstrate their ability to assimilate, interpret and communicate the information provided in their readings. In a four-pager document, (including one title page and one reference page) students will write an abstract describing the content discussed in the readings, power-point presentation, and class discussion (that takes place over Zoom). The first page of the document should include a title page. Second page of the document includes your abstract. Here you should address the following questions:What is the content of the module about? What are the most relevant concepts discussed? Why is the content/reading important? In the third page of the document, a section of critical thinking will be developed. In this section, you will challenge one point of discussion covered in the class/reading. The critical thinking section will help you to further develop your ability to use relevant information while objectively evaluating an issue where you will explain why do you disagree with an argument or assumption made by the authors of the readings. Your argument will have to be done with some form of evidence supported with at least one reference. Last page of your document should include a reference list with no more than 2 sources. A&CT should be typed and single-spaced. Please use 12-point, Times New Roman font with 1” margins on all sides. Rubric and samples are provided in the content area. Make sure you cover all aspects of your rubric
