solved How would you guide a company on creating pension plans
/in /by adminHow would you guide a company on creating pension plans and the pension plan process? How does this differ from the pension plans that Warren Buffet was talking about in his memo during the 1970s (attached file)? Some topics to talk about: 1) continuous inflation (Buffet mentions in his paper, “I urge caution in making pension benefit promises subject to dramatic escalation through substantial attribution in the purchasing power of money”) 2) how the idea of a pension relies on every generation to follow the foot-steps of a previous generation so money is generated to fund pension plans (ie. Social Security) and how the idea is now obsolete3) how pension plans were affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic (ie. impact of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021), how WFH (work from home) will shape the future workforce and affect pension plans4) how pension plans are affected by a company’s employee turnover5) Pension Plan Contribution Limits for 2020 and 2021 (ie. (1) Defined Benefit Plans; (2) Defined Contribution; (3) 457 Elective Deferrals or 401(k), 403(b); (4) Key Employee or “Top Heavy”; (5) SEP Compensation; (6) SIMPLE IRA Plans; (7) Highly Compensated Employer)6) other factors in why this generation (millennials, generation Z) affect pension plans

One of my favorite poems has to be Dreams by Langston Hughes. I love this poem for a number of reasons including how relatable it is for any audience. The persona talks about the importance of dreams and why we should always hold on to them. Personally, I believe in dreaming and manifesting the same into reality. Without that we ideally live meaningless lives with very little motivation to drive us into what we consider as success. Langston also states that without dreams, “Life is a barren fieldâ€. This emphasizes the need for dreams as a sense of purpose and how meaningful they are to living a full life. Moreover, he goes on to equate a life without dreams as “Frozen with snow†which is as good as being full of a sense of barrenness. I mostly read this poem each time I need a hint of motivation in my life and I hope to maintain this as a habit for a long time. I couldn’t imagine a dreamless life. I think it’s why I enjoy sleeping so much. I look forward to the dreams.

solved Consider the following facts about the human brain:The adult brain
/in /by adminConsider the following facts about the human brain:The adult brain uses 20% of the body’s energy but accounts for only about 2% of the body’s total weight (averaging around 3 pounds). When a person is awake, his or her brain generates 25 watts of power; this is enough to power a lightbulb. The left side of the brain controls the right side of the body, while the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body. Relate this to a stroke on the right side of the brain. Ask students what could be affected on the left side of the body. The average human brain contains 100 billion neurons; the rate of neuron growth during development of a fetus is 250,000 neurons per minute. This is a good opportunity to bring up the effects of alcohol on the developing fetus (fetal alcohol syndrome). There are more neurons in the human brain than there are stars in the Milky Way. What you know about the brain? What are two facts that you know that are not listed?Share knowledge and personal or family experiences about the brain’s structure and function, as well as diseases and disorders related to the brain.Remember this is a Medical Terminology class, so use medical vocabulary. If you do not think we know the definition of the term, please provide it.

/in /by adminPrompt #1:The term “anthropocentrism†refers to a “human-centered†view of the world, in which humans are unique among all other things. An anthropocentric worldview sees all elements of nature as existing to serve human needs. It proposes that humans are the most important existence in the world, and prioritizes human values (often at the expense of the natural world).Choose one text we have read so far this quarter and discuss whether it reinforces or challenges an anthropocentric worldview. In either case, show your reader how it does so. Be sure to include textual examples as evidence of your argument. Some things to consider: Characterization of humans and nonhumans; narrative perspective; use or lack of anthropomorphism; implications of ideologies structuring the view of nature in the text (i.e. evolution, ecology, religious and/or political thought)FOR EITHER PROMPT, DO NOT PARAPHRASE, QUOTE FROM, OR BORROW LANGUAGE FROM ANOTHER ESSAY WITHOUT GIVING PROPER CITATION. Canvas has built-in software that searches for this, and it will alert me to any language found elsewhere on the internet. So don’t take anyone else’s language or ideas and portray them as your own.
