Review the following Internal Communication Strategy scenario for this company and answer the following question

1.Which internal communication mediums will you use to reach employees and low-level managers? Will the content of all your messages be the same for them all? What issues must you consider? 
As our existing company (Education Connection) has been acquired by Virtual Learner, our newly merged workforces will face unprecedented challenges and must contend with tremendous organizational change. To facilitate this process, we must craft an internal communication strategy that openly and honestly highlights those challenges, emphasizes the potential for growth this venture will bring, and clearly delineates the strategic vision our company will pursue moving forward. While Education Connection is headquartered in Austin, Texas and has worked to connect students from the geographical region with online learning opportunities, Virtual Learner serves a customer base that hails from locations all across the United States and has the ambitious goal to enter the global market in the future. There are key differences in demographics where the two organizations are concerned: specifically, Education Connection’s workforce is comprised of a largely homogenous and experienced team of individuals while Virtual Learner’s workforce is far more diverse and has a more novel approach toward conducting business. Moreover, Education Connection has operated in a traditional office setting whereas Virtual Learner conducts most of its business remotely. Virtual Learner has a proven track record of helping underrepresented and underprivileged groups pursue their long-term professional goals; this effort is one that we believe will closely align with the values of our organization’s current culture and ambitions. This strategic communications plan will outline employees’ knowledge, perceptions and attitudes regarding the purchase, how we can influence those factors, incorporate details regarding the essential elements of a successful communication strategy, the channels our strategy will employ, and underscore the importance of ethics, codes of conduct, and Corporate Social Responsibility.  

Consider the role that psychologists play in the legal change process as it relates to human behavior and crime. How might legal and political processes be more effectively and creatively employed as tools of social change? What are the ethical implications of social change as it relates to crime and the legal process?
