solved The question: Choose either a section from King’s ‘Letter from

The question: Choose either a section from King’s ‘Letter from Birmingham Prison’, or an event happening somewhere in the world that King’s letter helps you to think about, and share some insight you gained through the process.Rationale: For the next 7 weeks of the course (weeks 6-12) each week’s lecture gives a contextual background to a set reading. That reading opens up a way of discussing many social issues where thoughtful moral reasoning could assist in finding a way forward. At the end of each lecture there will be a discussion question posted and your task is to compose an answer which critically engages with the reading, in a way which demonstrates your moral reasoning. You do not have to use the concepts from week 1-5 as they have already been assessed, but you may. You will be marked on three key areas.Clarity of answerFamiliarity and engagement with reading and lecture materialDemonstration of moral reasoningTask: After each lecture from weeks 6-12 a discussion question will be posted. You are to compose a 400-500 word response to that question and submit it to the appropriate Turnitin link within 1 week. (There will be 2 weeks for the first 2 tasks). Only your best 5 responses will count towards the final mark. That is, if you submit 7/7 responses we will mark them all and count your top 5, and if you submit 5/7 we will mark all of the submissions.Drafting policy: If you book with your tutor to meet in their consult they can mark the first response you submit. The onus is on you to request the marking, and it can only be done in conversation in a consultation (whether that be online or in person). Otherwise, as a final piece of assessment grades are withheld until the university releases them (I can’t control that, it is Bond’s policy). You can seek advice from your tutor in consult, beyond that first marking, but your tutor cannot mark your draft. Rather consult could be used to brainstorm ideas, inquire into the meaning of a part of the reading, or seek clarification on some aspect of the content.Weighting: 30% (6 marks for each response up to 5 responses)Academic Integrity: Bond’s academic integrity policy applies. By submitting you are declaring that you are the sole author of the submission.

solved The interpretation of research in health care is essential to

The interpretation of research in health care is essential to decision making. By understanding research, health care providers can identify risk factors, trends, outcomes for treatment, health care costs and best practices. To be effective in evaluating and interpreting research, the reader must first understand how to interpret the findings. You will practice article analysis in Topics 2, 3, and 5.
For this assignment:
Search the GCU Library and find three different health care articles that use quantitative research. Do not use articles that appear in the Topic Materials or textbook. Complete an article analysis for each using the “Article Analysis 1” template.
Refer to the “Patient Preference and Satisfaction in Hospital-at-Home and Usual Hospital Care for COPD Exacerbations: Results of a Randomised Controlled Trial,” in conjunction with the “Article Analysis Example 1,” for an example of an article analysis.

While the implementation plan prepares students to apply their research to the problem or issue they have identified for their capstone project change proposal, the literature review enables students to map out and move into the active planning and development stages of the project.
A literature review analyzes how current research supports the PICOT, as well as identifies what is known and what is not known in the evidence. Students will use the information from the earlier PICOT Question Paper and Literature Evaluation Table assignments to develop a 750-1,000 word review that includes the following sections:
Title page
Introduction section
A comparison of research questions
A comparison of sample populations
A comparison of the limitations of the study
A conclusion section, incorporating recommendations for further research
Prepare this assignment according to the guidelines found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center. An abstract is not required.
This assignment uses a rubric. Please review the rubric prior to beginning the assignment to become familiar with the expectations for successful completion.

solved At the end of each unit, DB participation is assessed

At the end of each unit, DB participation is assessed based on level of engagement and the quality of the contribution to the discussion. DBs allow learners to learn through sharing ideas and experiences as they relate to course content. Because it is not possible to engage in two-way dialogue after a conversation has ended, no posts to the DB are accepted after the end of the unit. Learners must demonstrate an appropriate depth of understanding of course content to receive credit for having submitted substantive posts. Typically, this is achieved with 3–4 strong paragraphs for Main Posts and 2–3 strong paragraphs for Response Posts.
Convenience stores are looking at more competition from supermarkets, drugstores, and membership-warehouse clubs that have added gas pumps and faster checkouts. Therefore, cost cuts are needed to increase convenience stores’ competitive edge. Some retailers have found that it is cost-effective to stock only one brand of a product. Others found that stocking particular products cost the convenience store so much that it incurred a loss on the sale of that particular product. Using accounting software takes all of these costs into consideration and shows where nonprofitable products are losing money. It helps convenience stores increase sales and decrease costs.

Select one of the major convenience store in your town and research the store product, and list all of the types of costs that can be associated with a product.
Since cutting cost are needed to increase convenience stores’ competitive edge, in your professional judgment and based on your experience, which costs can be cut without affecting daily operations of the store. Please discuss your reasons for cutting the selected costs.
Using accounting software takes operating costs into consideration and shows where nonprofitable products are losing money. How does this software tool help to more accurately assess an item’s profitability? Do you think that this software is beneficial for convenience stores? Why or why not?
Do you think this software is beneficial?
Can you recall a personal situation in your career in which a company that you use to or currently are working for cut unnecessary costs? How cutting costs workout?

Response Guidelines
Respond to at least one other learner’s perspective regarding a change model and its relevance to human services.
Student post down below:
Community based organizations offers many types of services to help with a positive change in general. In my city of Columbia located in South Carolina, we have different types of community-based organizations, but they are referred to as community-based prevention services. The two main ones that my agency of the South Carolina Department of Social Services uses are entitled SC mentor and Growing Homes Southeast. These two providers offer services for the community that ranges from AOD services, parenting classes, vouchers and resources, and other social service resources or services to help people in general. The SCDSS partners with these community-based prevention services to help prevent abuse and neglect within families. In the reading of Bess, community-based organizations are influence of social change associated with development, medical, emotional, and mental support (Bess, 2015). The model with the Bess readings explain how strategic planning within organizational change can create a change in members (Bess, 2015). Human service changes can be affected by romantic and tragic changes due to failed planned organization of change (Bess, 2015). For example, let say mother has a toxic relationship with a paramour that engages in domestic violent incidences and she requires classes, information, and maybe shelter from the paramour. If a community-based organization is unable to devise a strategic plan, the mother may continue the romantic relationship with the abusive paramour. However, if the Community-based organization offers the appropriate assistance, she may change the romantic relationship by leaving or encourage the paramour to seek help with his anger and constant domestic violence involvement. Community based organizations can also encourage tragic change such as a single mother struggling with finding employment to fit her schedule. A community based organization would help change her tragic situation by providing links and resources to assist her with finding job options.

solved A) I chose Juvias Place. This is a small makeup

A) I chose Juvias Place. This is a small makeup company that sells quality makeup pallets, lipstick, and foundation and much more. Before I purchased from them, I received an ad pop up previously that said 40 to 50 percent off any make up bundle packages which included lipstick liner and three palettes of different shades of eye shadow. So, I really had to investigate. Once on the website 20 percent off entire purchase if I subscribed to their email (which was a mistake) popped up on my screen. I was sold they took off the 20% for subscribing to there email and then an extra 20% for being a new customer. This double 20% prompt me to put more into my cart and I have been stuck with buying from them ever since. Every month they have new deals, bundle packages and free gifts that they include when you purchase. Theses incentives keeps me coming back. The target behavior is for me the consumer to spend more money with their business. To achieve this behavior the company advertises different incentives upon purchase. Text messages and emails are also sent to my phone each month to let me know the different deals and new product that is available, to reinforce this behavior each time upon purchase the company shows you what was deducted in dollar and percentage amount to ensure the consumer that they are doing exactly what their company advertised. B)I found an advertisement from an insurance company. They want to reward you for doing certain health related activities such as quitting smoking and losing weight and even for going to your doctor for a well visit. We all think about seeing our doctor when we are sick, but we really skip appointments that are checkups and annual physicals because we do not really see the merits of it. Why waste the time to go to the doctor if you are not sick. But these visits are critical in our all-around heath. These visits often screen for certain diseases and illnesses. The targeted behaviors: making healthier choices like to stop smoking, exercise, eat healthier, and see a doctor when you are not necessarily sickThe motivation for change would to be more proactive about your health and choice healthier optionsReinforcement would be gift cards for finishing or completing certain tasks.
