solved In the midst of World War II, the U.S. government

In the midst of World War II, the U.S. government began issuing defense bonds, later calling them war bonds once the country entered the war. Although the citizens who purchased the bonds could have received a better return on their investments elsewhere, they took comfort in knowing that their investment would help with their country’s war efforts and there would be a guaranteed return. Even through the deadliest and most costly war in history, people felt assured in the security that was provided through the purchase of bonds. Even today, investors and organizations can rely on the same security that bonds provide. Organizations may also consider the option of issuing bonds in order to raise money for projects and operations. Therefore, it is important for financial managers to understand aspects of bonds, such as how sensitive they are to interest rates and how some features benefit issuers, while others benefit investors. For this Assignment, you will answer a series of questions related to bondSubmit your responses to the following prompts. How are the price and the Yield-to-Maturity (YTM) of a bond related? (75–150 words, or 1–2 paragraphs)What is the main reason why long-term bonds are subject to greater interest rate risk than short-term bonds? (75–150 words, or 1–2 paragraphs)A company is contemplating issuing a bond and is debating whether or not to include a call provision. What are the costs? How do these answers change for a put provision? (250–225 words, or 2–3 paragraphs)How does a company that issues a bond decide on the appropriate coupon rate to set? Explain the difference between the coupon rate and the required rate of return on the bond. (250–225 words, or 2–3 paragraphs)Explain why some bonds sell at a premium over their par value while other bonds sell at a discount. Also discuss the relationship between the coupon rate and the YTM for premium bonds. What about for discount bonds and bonds selling at par value? The podcast dated 28th January 2020 highlights the positives and negatives of consulting from a client’s point of view. The guest Lacey Clarke speaks about the need for consultant’s to do their homework before approaching clients for projects and maintaining a steady balance during the approach. She also makes another important point in selecting consultants based on references and discusses the importance of analytical skills, availability and content knowledge about the project. There are all key factors that differentiate between good and average consultants and it is crucial that consultants work towards impressing the clients functionally, ensuring both a positive relationship and a successful project. The podcast also discusses repeat hires of specific consultants, and Lacey mentions she prefers consultants that look out for the client, both strategically and from a creative perspective. Understanding the needs of the client and addressing them in an optimal manner is crucial for consultants today. Basic aspects such as meeting deadlines, offering creative solutions, maintaining a transparent outlook and so forth are important given the dynamics of the role of a consultant.

Watch the movie Babies Please make sure your paper is double-spaced with 1 inch margins and 12-point font Times New RomanFor the paper, select a topic from the course, and analyze/ hypothesize how variations in the babies’ contexts will be related to variations in this development, and how/ whether education can further impact them once the children enter school. This could include for example physical development – timeline or differences in skills, language phonemic awareness, social relationships, attachment etc.Make sure to first explain the theory and developmental mechanism you are focusing on in detail. Theories could include Piagetian equilibration/constructivism, observational learning, social learning, information processing theory, attachment, temperament, etc. Define all terms and state what the textbook or lectures described about child development for this theory. Next, describe at least two but maybe more observations from the movie that provide insight into cultural variations or commonalities in this developmental phenomenon.Lastly, hypothesize how the environment impacts (or does not impact) this development using your observations to motivate or evaluate your hypothesis. Use this to discuss how educators could support this development in the future once the children enter school. As in, is it something education can impact or not? Identify the macro practice role(s) assumed in the following case scenarios. As indicated in class, the potential roles include enabler, mediator, coordinator, manager, educator, evaluator, broker, facilitator, initiator, negotiator, mobilizer, and advocate. Note that in some scenarios the worker may play more than one role. Explain how each role functions in the scenario.Scenario AA social worker employed by a neighborhood center determines that the various workers and other professionals dealing with adolescent clients are not communicating with each other. (A neighborhood center is a locally based facility intending to bring neighborhood residents together by providing services, resources, and opportunities for interaction.) For example, school social workers have no established procedure for conveying information to protective services workers who, in turn, do not communicate readily with probation and parole workers—despite the fact that these professionals are working with many of the same clients. The neighborhood center social worker decides to bring together representatives from the various agencies that serve the center and establish more clearly defined communication channels.
