Review and Revise Your Document Draft 
At least one day after completing your draft and after the review workshop, revisit your draft and review it for: 

Content – did you include all of the required elements, meeting the specific requirements. To check for this refer back to the requirements listed in the IDL 1 draft assignment. (If you have completed the extra credit make sure you have labeled and titled your graph and that you include an in-text citation below that to identify the source(s) of your data.)
Coherent – does your document flow (Links to an external site.) so that a reader is able to follow what you have written as one cohesive document. To check for this, read your document out loud to yourself. Ask yourself as you go if the message is continuous, with one idea leading to the next.  
Clarity – have you stated specifically what you mean throughout your document?  To check for this look for vague words and replace them with more precise terms. 
Concise Wording (Links to an external site.) – eliminate meaningless words or phrases, redundant qualifiers, repetitive ideas.  To check for that reference this resource before reviewing.  

Revise your work as needed. Even professional writers revise their work to make it better. If you feel you do not need any revision, you are not looking carefully enough.  Keep a running list of the revisions you make. This can be a bullet-pointed list that is a brief but understandable documentation of what type of changes you made and where you did this in the document.  For example: 

Content – I added more detail to the Use of statistics in my field, as mine was lacking detail
Coherent – I revised sentence structure to make the introduction, use of statistics, and conclusion read more coherently
Clarity – I see I was using the word things frequently and revised the document to use more specific wording in the use of statistics and enhance my employability sections. 

You will include this as a separate page at the beginning of your document.  

I’m working on a communications question and need guidance to help me understand better.

. 10 years back , I was living abroad ( Paris ) with my family due to my father ‘s work circumstances ,exploring a new culture and country , I joined the French International School as a challenge and learning experience where I had the opportunity to learn more about the new cultures and the world beyond classroom since students where from different nationalities . This educational trip gave me a lot of benefits that sharpen my personality nowadays. 2010-2013 = I used to be shy and quiet , I won’t call it low confidence or being introverted but I was raised by a protective mother that won’t allow me to play with kids alone , even won’t allow me to play in the garden without a company and this overprotective parenthood affected me when I joined the school where I found that everyone was mostly responsible and confident ,I struggled in the beginning with shyness because I’m not sure how to act, don’t know how others will react, I started to accept myself ,develop a sense of ease around new people that led me to the social person I’m I today2016 = I JOINED THE UNIVERSITY 2018 = In the last decade I never thought of running my own business ,due to the lack of knowledge and experience , I was careless and avoided any discussion with my family members related to this subject since I was feeling I will never be able to succeed and start up a business , I launched my own business three years ago and my mindset completely changed I’m aiming to open more branches and expand . The world has changed in a decade the 2010s brought rapid changes to every aspect of culture and life. Chapter 3: Chartering Projects.This chapter discusses chartering projects. The project charter is a document issued by the project initiator or sponsor that formally authorizes the existence of a project and provides the project manager with the authority to apply organizational resources to project activities. The charter can further be considered an agreement by which the project sponsor and project manager (and often the project core team) agree at a high level what the project is, why it is important, key milestone points in the schedule, major risks, and possibly a few other items. It allows the project manager and core team to understand and agree to what is expected of them.Finally, Microsoft Project, a tool that facilitates effective project planning, controlling, and communicating, is introduced. Why did the national mood change? How did Roosevelt’s style of leadership help bring about this change?
