Explain.The most critical elements of my data story that need to be communicated are the benefit of a Resuscitation Program for REBOA and having a Clinical Education Manager on-site at the hospital. The reason this is so critical is that for the Resuscitation Program to be successful and to optimize the best clinical outcomes, the CEM will work through potential technical errors with the use of the device and ease of use.How will you organize and share your data so that it tells a clear and compelling story? (See p. 107 of Davenport & Kim for a list of types of visual graphics used to present data)I will organize and share my data so that it tells a clear and compelling story by using bar charts, pie charts, line graphs, and maybe a stack graph (1). These are usually the charts most understood by many because they offer an easy visual that everyone is familiar with (2). Select two data display techniques discussed by Duarte in Chapter 6 and/or Chapter 7 and use them to present two important data sets from your analysis.The two data display techniques discussed by Duarte in Chapter 6 are used to explain data. I will use the bar chart to measure the improvement of the Resuscitation Program with the CEM on-site to reduce/eliminate technical errors (2). INTRODUCTION:
How will you include and empower all families as partners in promoting comprehensive child development and recognize them as the first and most important teacher and decision maker for the child? What strategies, activities, policies, etc. will you develop to make this happen? How will parents know about opportunities and expectations?
Parent Involvement Policy
You are to pretend you are the director of a private for-profit child-care center.  While you do not require parent participation, your programs philosophy acknowledges the importance of parent involvement and you are developing 10 strategies to include in your parent hand book that provide opportunities for parents. The policy should begin with a short paragraph summarizing program’s philosophy regarding parental participation and why this is important. It should then include 10 strategy statements that the program employs to promote active involvement of parents. 
Strategies should include:
·         Parent Education Opportunities 
·         Volunteer Opportunity
·         Decisions making roles for parents
·         Communication methods
·         Orientations for new students
·         Inclusion of all
Do research to learn about the parent involvement policies of existing programs and use your text, focusing on the information in chapter 4 and the examples of strategies on page 99.  This should be written as if it were to be presented to the parent in a handout, in the handbook, or even displayed in your reception area.  Strategies should be presented positively and in family friendly terms.

This reflection paper will focus on Professor Christine Whelan’s book The Big Picture. Your task is to work through the book, which combines readings and writing activities geared towards helping you better understand your purpose, and write a reflection on this experience.
Your reflection should have two parts:

A single spaced (Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1-inch margins) reflection on your experience working through the book. For your reflection, imagine that you are trying to encourage a friend of yours to start thinking about their purpose in life. How would you talk about your experience with this book in trying to persuade them? You are asked to both reflect on your personal experiences, but also to draw from things we’ve learned or discussed in class to support your points. You might consider sharing your thoughts on things such as:

Which parts of the book made the greatest impact on you and why?
Which parts were the most challenging and why?
If you could add something to the book what would it be?
If you could change an activity from the book, which would you change and why?
Why thinking about purpose matters, and how this book helps you do that?
How does The Big Picture relate to other things we know about happiness?
