RESEARCH PAPER  Nutrition Scientific Research Reviews – Sports Nutrition:
Read and summarize, IN YOUR OWN WORDS, onescientific nutrition research paper on sports nutrition of interest to you. The article must come from a peer-reviewed journals, such as the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Journal of the American Dietetic Association, Journal of the American Medical Association, PubMed, etc. (Ask me if you need to clarify this.) Include a summary of the purpose of the study, methods used, the results and the conclusion of the researchers.
Limit your discussions to 4-6 pages, typed, double spaced. Grammar, spelling and punctuation will be considered in the grading of all written work. Submit through Canvas (TurnItIn is used too).
