Directions
Your paper should include the following sections.
1. Executive Summary

Insert the key learnings from the audit and brief summary of your recommendation in this section. This is similar to the abstract for an academic or research paper. Limit this section to one paragraph.

2. Client Background

Provide a brief explanation of your client, its audience(s), its organizational goals, its primary competitor(s), and its communication goals in this section. If it does not have any, note that, and explain why. Include a brief description of how it provides its key services/products to its audiences. Limit this section to no more than four paragraphs.

3. Audit Method
In this section, explain the following in no more than two paragraphs:

What was the scope of the audit?
What tools did you use?

4. Online Presence Analysis
This section should thoroughly answer the following questions in no more than four paragraphs. Provide up to two screenshots that illustrate any of the below:

What does your client’s overall digital presence look like? Provide as objective a review as possible.
Evaluate your client’s website (primary website, if it has several): is it up to date? What purpose does, or should, it? Is it fulfilling that purpose? Is it integrated with any microsites?
How does your client’s overall online presence stack up in comparison to its competitors?
Review the organization’s search engine results (using a major search engine, such as Google or Bing). Does the first page of results point to its website and social profiles? Does anything negative or inaccurate come up? What happens when you search for the category, rather than the organization by name? What are the results of reverse searches, if any?

5. Social Footprint Analysis
Following from the online presence analysis, now present an overview of the client’s social media footprint. Detail the following as you draft this section, which should be no longer than six paragraphs.

What about the client’s social media presence? Give an overview of its social media channels. Include the follower/fan count of each, and also evaluate post frequency, audience interaction with posts, etc.
Analyze the content that is posted to its primary social media channels: what is the cadence of posts? Do they seem to post too much or too little? How active/responsive are the fans? What sort of content seems to resonate?
Compare and contrast your client’s social media presence to the same competitor(s) identified in the website evaluation, i.e. the previous section.

6. Conversation Analysis
In this section, present a deeper analysis of top-line findings from the previous section, which focuses specifically on relevant online conversation, if any. Use the following questions to respond to and inform this section, which should be limited to six paragraphs. Include up to two screenshots of conversations you have found.

How much conversation is taking place online about your client?
Where does it take place (e.g. blogs, forums, Facebook, Twitter, media coverage, etc.)?
Is your client mentioned in any blogs? Are they relevant? Are the articles/posts favorable to your client or not?
Is your client mentioned in news articles online? How do these articles and blog posts affect your client’s reputation online?  How/where are these articles being shared and among whom?
What major themes have emerged about your client? Provide examples verbatim or as screenshots.
Have any influencers emerged? (i.e. people who are talking about your brand and appear to have a large influence – measured by the number of followers they have, the outlet they write for, etc.).
Are you able to gauge sentiment (positive/negative/neutral) from evaluating the online conversation around your client?

7. Opportunities/Recommendations
This is the final section of your paper, and should be limited to eight paragraphs. Respond to the following questions to inform this section and wrap up your paper:

What are some key insights and takeaways from the audit?
Based on the audit, what opportunities exist for your client? What challenges do they need to be aware of and surmount?
What is your social media recommendation for your client based on the key insights and takeaways from the audit?

solved Peer #1 Laura Response due in 48 hours (50- 75words)After

Peer #1 Laura Response due in 48 hours (50- 75words)After reviewing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) website to see the most up-to-date healthcare law information, I discovered two interesting facts that I was not aware of. The first is that the HHS finalized the ruling for regulatory reform through retrospective review under the Regulatory Flexibility Act (RFA). This regulation is also called the SUNSET rule. It fosters accountability and transparency in the HHS department. Likewise, it requires a thorough assessment of regulations every ten years to determine if the regulation is still needed, and whether it is having the appropriate impact in a timely manner (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services [HHS], 2021). This ruling will deliver smarter, less burdensome regulations that will be assessed every ten years for effectiveness. In the field of prevention, this ruling will create a positive impact. For example, during the pandemic, the HHS had to categorize and suspend obsolete regulations that would impose unnecessary costs to the public. This slowed the delivery of needed care. With the RFA, HIPAA-compliant, communication technologies are now available to help staff and patients receive timely, preventive care, medicine, and support (HHS, 2021). Another interesting fact I learned about is regarding a data-driven initiative. The HHS finalized the MyHealthEData initiative. This initiative is designed to empower patients to access to their personal, medical information in order to make judicious, healthcare decisions (HHS, 2021). This requires public and private entities to share health information between patients and other involved parties. The MyHealthEData will help patients achieve the best preventive care and medical initiatives for their specific conditions, while keeping the information private and secure. This gives personalized care and puts patients in control of their health (HHS, 2021).Reference:U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). (2021). www.hhs.govPeer #2 Lalydia Response due in 60 hours (50- 75words)After reviewing the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services website, I discovered a law called the “Health IT Legislation”. The HITECH act under this legislation provides access to healthcare quality, safety, and efficiency through health IT, that includes electronic health records and private and secure electronic health information exchange (HealthIT, 2021). This information is beneficial to the field of prevention, because it provides incentives for the use of Health IT that can be helpful to community health programs that offer any type of mental health or health services. These incentives could be grants or loans that immediately fund for the infrastructure of Health IT (HealthIT, 2021).There is another law called the FDASIA (Food and Drug Administration Safety and Innovation Act) that is under the Health IT Legislation. The FDASIA is a workgroup that provides expert advice on any discrepancies that is collaboratively identified by three other organizations. They aim to identify any risks or issues that may inhibit the innovation, patient safety of health information technology (HealthIT, 2021). This information is important, because it helps to limit risks that may expose patient safety, or duplicate records, which maintains the database’s integrity.HealthIT. (2021). Health IT legislation: 21st century cures act. Retrieved from https://www.healthit.gov/topic/laws-regulation-and-policy/health-it-legislationPeer #3 Clea Response due in 72 hours (50- 75words)After reviewing the information on the HHS website one of the healthcare laws that I found to be very interesting and a huge improvement to not only the general medical setting, but especially in regards to mental health is the Health IT Legislation. With that is the Cures Act which improves the flow of information from different healthcare providers. This is huge not only for the patient but also the provider because it allows for a full picture of the patient. By not having to explain your past history over and over again and giving the provider a more accurate picture of the patient as a whole, this allows for more accurate and complete treatment.Inclusivity and understanding other people’s cultures, religions and beliefs is critical to any patient’s well-being and success but it is also imperative for a provider to be effective. The OCR enforces laws and regulations to make sure programs are non discriminatory. Being aware of these laws and regulations will help the provider to be culturally responsible, which will give peace of mind to the patient and the clinician. For many going to counseling sessions is a very uncomfortable experience, but if they could feel safe knowing that the provider is culturally responsible it leaves everyone feeling more comfortable. solved Build a slide presentation (PowerPoint preferred) of the hypothetical health

Build a slide presentation (PowerPoint preferred) of the hypothetical health promotion plan you developed in the first assessment. Then, implement your health promotion plan by conducting a hypothetical face-to-face educational session addressing the health concern and health goals of your selected group. How would you set goals for the session, evaluate session outcomes, and suggest possible revisions to improve future sessions?
As you begin to prepare this assessment, you are encouraged to complete the Vila Health: Conducting an Effective Educational Session activity. The information gained from completing this activity will help you succeed with the assessment as you consider key issues in conducting an effective educational session for a selected audience. Completing activities is also a way to demonstrate engagement.
Professional Context
Health education is any combination of learning experiences designed to help community individuals, families, and aggregates improve their health by increasing knowledge or influencing attitudes (WHO, n.d.). Education is key to health promotion, disease prevention, and disaster preparedness. The health indicator framework identified in Healthy People 2030 prompts action in health services accessibility, clinical preventive services, environmental quality, injury or violence prevention, maternal, infant, and child health, mental health, nutrition, substance abuse prevention, and tobacco use cessation or prevention.
Nurses provide accurate evidence-based information and education in formal and informal settings. They draw upon evidence-based practice to provide health promotion and disease prevention activities to create social and physical environments conducive to improving and maintaining community health. When provided with the tools to be successful, people demonstrate lifestyle changes (self-care) that promote health and help reduce readmissions. They are better able to tolerate stressors, including environmental changes, and enjoy a better quality of life. In times of crisis, a resilient community is a safer community (Flanders, 2018; Healthy People 2030, n.d.).

Note: This is the second part of a two-part assessment. You must complete Assessment 1 before completing this assessment.
Preparation
For this assessment, you will conclude the clinical learning activity you began in Assessment 1.

You will resume the role of a community nurse tasked with addressing the specific health concern in your community. This time, you will present, via educational outreach, the hypothetical health promotion plan you developed in Assessment 1 to your fictitious audience. In this hypothetical scenario, you will simulate the presentation as though it would be live and face-to-face. You must determine an effective teaching strategy, communicate the plan with professionalism and cultural sensitivity, evaluate the objectives of the plan, revise the plan as applicable, and propose improvement for future educational sessions. To engage your audience, you decide to develop a PowerPoint presentation with voice-over and speaker notes to communicate your plan.
Remember that your first assessment (Assessment 1) MUST be satisfactorily completed to initiate this assessment (Assessment 4).
Please review the assessment scoring guide for more information.
To prepare for the assessment, you are encouraged to complete the Vila Health: Conducting an Effective Educational Session simulation. You may also wish to review the health promotion plan presentation assessment and scoring guide to ensure that you understand all requirements.
Note: Remember that you can submit all, or a portion of, your draft plan to Smarthinking Tutoring for feedback before you submit the final version for this assessment. If you plan on using this free service, be mindful of the turnaround time of 24-48 hours for receiving feedback.

RESEARCH PAPER GUIDE
Subject Assigned
History 1301 OR 1302
Your Name
Your Research Paper heading should be presented as this paper is set up, the research title, class section and your name, centered on separate single spaced lines.  There is no need for a cover sheet or folder cover for this effort.  Unlike this guide your paper should be double spaced between lines.  This paper must be typed or word-processed to be accepted.  Students will employ fonts no smaller than 8 (elite) or larger than 12 (pica) for the type size of the presentation.  This font is 8.
The first paragraph will define the Who, What, When and Where of the assigned subject in no less then two or more than four sentences.  I want sharp, clear concise sentences and proper grammar structure.  Try to keep the sentence length at less than a maximum of fifteen words.  Please refrain from employing endless sentences and incorrect grammar. In the last sentence of this paragraph you will state that you will describe, define or explain the subject of the paper assigned.  In this manner you will create a Thematic Statement.   Employ spell check and grammar check and try to utilize the Writing Center to assist in structure and editing of the effort.
Paragraph two should cite and explain the reason Why of the subject according to the Primary or Secondary source you select. I will not accept anything that employs “dictionary or encyclopedia” in it’s title.  Your sources must be of academically acceptable material for a college level course. Database sources must end in edu. gov. lib. mil. or org..  A dot com source is never acceptable.  Wikepedia Sources will result in failure for the effort. In citing sources for this effort I want MLA format, the title, author, copyright date and publishing house named’ so on.
Paragraph three should present the methods of How the effort or action was undertaken according to the source.  Each of these sentences describing How the effort is undertaken should be like the lead sentence of a new paragraph.  You must have a minimum of three how’s and you must list all how’s no matter the number.
Paragraph four should define the Result according to the source.
Paragraph five should employ the same format as paragraph two to cite and describe the Why from the Second College Level Source.
Paragraph six needs to define the methods How from the Second Source in the order the author provides.  Often the same reasons are given for how a structure or event took place but the order is different and this effects the context of the paper and the result.
Paragraph seven needs to explain the Result as defined from the second source.
Paragraph eight defines the Why from your third source.  Again employ the structure of the second and fifth paragraph to cite this source and define it.
Paragraph nine defines the How of the third source in the order and context presented.
Paragraph ten explains the result according to the third source as structured in paragraphs four and seven.
Paragraph eleven defines your interpretation of the resources.  “According to my evaluation of the data and reflection X Source correctly defines the material assigned to my satisfaction.  Therefore this is my on defense of my selection” if you have selected one source.  If no one source defines the assignment employ “According to my evaluation of the data and reflection no one source correctly defines the materials assigned to my satisfaction.  Therefore this is my interpretation of the assigned materials.”
Paragraph twelve presents either your defense of the selection of your interpretation according to your research.  A DEFENSE, Three defined reasons in three separate sentences why you selected the material defining the subject assigned.  Two reasons for why each of the other resources was not able to explain the subject properly. Or AN INTERPRETATION, Your why, how’s in the order you find them relevant and the most important result you have discovered from the subject assigned as you see them using the filter of rational thought.  Generally you will find that you cannot meet the requirements of the paper in less than five pages of work and certainly need no more than ten pages to complete the effort.  Stay concise and define specific reasons for your selections and define each how in a declarative sentence.  Don’t through data at the effort.  Provide direct and simple interpretations so that a clear summation is achieved.  Good luck and maintain this goal, if you cannot describe, define or explain it you cannot employ it.  This is a critical thinking effort that requires you make determinations according to your research and what you have determined from the resources you have gathered.

The Rise and Fall of       Circuit City [PDF]. Circuit City was the “go       to” place for all our technological needs. Over the years,       Circuit City built itself into 1,520 stores in the United States and       Canada and 46,000 workers. Competitors popped up, such as       Minnesota-based Best Buy and discount club stores such       as Costco. As a result of many failures, Circuit City       is no longer in business. Sometime during the 1990s, Circuit City       lost its way:

It dumped sales of        popular appliances.
It let a lot of        talented management go to its spinoff store chain, CarMax.
It expanded stores        until they became too impersonal and too large.
It became merely        reactive and not innovative as Best Buy took off.
It had too many stores        in bad locations.
It stopped paying        commissions to its sales force and then fired 3,400 of its most        experienced salespeople in an attempt to save money.
There was a lot of        leadership turnover.
Its commercial credit        became tight.

The Downfall of Toys R Us       — Don’t Blame Amazon!

Founded in April 1948        by Charles Lazarus, an American entrepreneur, Toys R Us became the most        well-known and successful international toy retailer. At its peak,        Toy R Us was considered a category killer. In 2018, seventy years later,        the giant company filed for bankruptcy and closed its stores worldwide.

4 Reasons Amazon’s Fire Phone Was a Flop.

Amazon has been guided        by four principles: customer obsession rather than competitor focus,        passion for invention, commitment to operational excellence, and        long-term thinking. Amazon strives to be Earth’s most customer-centric        company, best employer, and safest place to work. Their name has become        synonymous with online shopping and discount shopping and on the        forefront for most of their consumers’ online needs.
However, not all        endeavors have been successful. In 2014 Amazon released its Amazon        Fire Phone. Consumers and analysts were expecting Amazon to follow its        familiar playbook of offering a cheap, but good-enough product that        could undercut other devices already on the market.  However,        the phoned ended up costing the company a loss of over 170 million.

Google Shuts Failed Social Network Google+.
Google’s primary        mission is to provide people around the world with a search engine to        find information, learn about topics of interest, and make important        decisions. As technology evolves, they claim they will continue to help        everyone find the information they’re looking for.
As the years have progressed,        Google has evolved to offering many different technological items such        as web-based search tools, advertising services, communication and        publishing tools, map-related products, statistical tools,        business-oriented products, developer tools, security tools, desktop        applications, computer products, and cellular devices. In 2011 they even        developed their social media platform Google+, which was meant to rival        Facebook. The idea was for the platform to be synchronized with all        other Google created products and software services for seamless        integration. However, things did not go as planned. By 2019 Google        decided to pull funding in order to reallocate it to more        profitable avenues.

Research Paper -Individual Submission
Research Paper: This is a graduate course and students will be expected to research and write papers summarizing in their own words what they have found on current topics from the weekly readings. Research is a theoretical review of relevant literature and application of findings in the literature to a topic related to a specific industry, field, or business problem.
The research must be conducted using peer-reviewed trade or academic journals. While Blogs, Wikipedia, encyclopedias, course textbooks, popular magazines, newspaper articles, online websites, etc. are helpful for providing background information, these resources are NOT suitable resources for this research assignment.
Please Note: The UC Library staff are very helpful with assisting students in using the UC Online Library journal database. Please contact them if you have issues. In addition, the instructor has provided additional resources, including a research tutorial, in the “Course Resources” folder in the “Content” area of the course.
Assignment Requirements:

Choose a research topic from the chapter readings or from the list provided by your professor.
Research/find a minimum at least four (4), preferably five (5) or more, different peer-reviewed articles on your topic from the University of the Cumberlands Library online business database. The article(s) must be relevant and from a peer-reviewed source. While you may use relevant articles from any time frame, current/published within the last five (5) years are preferred. Using literature that is irrelevant or unrelated to the chosen topic will result in a point reduction.
Write a four (4) to five (5) page double spaced paper in APA format discussing the findings on your specific topic in your own words. Note – paper length does not include cover page, abstract, or references page(s).
Structure your paper as follows:

Cover page
Overview describing the importance of the research topic to current business and professional practice in your own words.
Purpose of Research should reflect  the potential benefit of the topic to the current business and professional practice and the larger body of research.
Review of the Literature summarized in your own words. Note that this should not be a “copy and paste” of literature content, nor should this section be substantially filled with direct quotes from the article. A literature review is a summary of the major points and findings of each of the selected articles (with appropriate citations). Direct quotations should be used sparingly. Normally, this will be the largest section of your paper (this is not a requirement; just a general observation).
Practical Application of the literature. Describe how your findings from the relevant research literature can shape, inform, and improve current business and professional practice related to your chosen topic.
Conclusion in your own words
References formatted according to APA style requirements

Attach your paper to the Discussion board by the Thursday due date.

Fairchild v. Amundson
Wash App. Lexis 149 (2001)
Facts: In April 1995, Thomas Fairchild the plaintiff participated in a whitewater rafting trip on the Toutle River in the state of Washington. The defendant, Rodney Amundson with Wild Water River Tours (WWRT) guided the rafting trips. Fairchild had previously participated in whitewater rafting trips, and knew that one of the possible dangers of rafting included falling out into the water. He also read brochures of WWRT that describe other dangers of river rafting. The day of the rafting trip, Fairchild and his church group gathered near the river under WWRT supervision, Fairchild was given a wetsuit, helmet, and life vest by WWRT. All of the rafters were required to sign an “Acknowledgement of Risk” form. This form is a waiver which is a contract that the participant or the user of the service agrees to relieve the provider of the duty of ordinary care. WWRT guides then instructed the group on paddling and safety measures. Safety measures included instructions on how to maneuver the raft near logs, rocks, and reversals. They also included instructions on swimming in the event rafters are in the water, pulling a swimmer back into the raft, and escaping from underneath the raft. River rapids are classified on a scale from class I (easiest) to class V (most difficult). The Toutle River has two Class IV rapids, one of which is known as Hollywood Gorge (Gorge). The Gorge also contains a “reversal,” a point in the river subject to strong downward pressure that may cause a raft to overturn. As they approached the Gorge, all the rafts stopped, Amundson and other WWRT guides got out of the rafts and scouted the Gorge. After everyone returned to their rafts and reentered the river, Amundson’s raft successfully navigated through the Gorge just beyond the reversal. Amundson then waited on other rafts. Fairchild’s raft was sucked into the reversal, and all the participants were thrown into the water. Observed from his raft, Amundson immediately paddled into the river’s current to retrieve Fairchild. Amundson and other provided CPR to Fairchild, who had been floating face down in the river, and resuscitated him. Fairchild went to the hospital, where he was treated and released the next day. Fairchild sued, and the trial court granted WWRT’s motion for summary judgment.
Issue: Whether White Water River Tours (WWRT) owed a duty to its customer, Thomas Fairchild, for injuries he suffered during a rafting trip on the Toutle River.
Was Fairchild aware of the inherent risks of whitewater rafting?
What is the value of the assumption of risk agreement?
Holding: Affirm the order granting defendant’s motion of summary agreement
Rationale: Fairchild chose to encounter the risk of being thrown into the water despite having numerous alternatives. He could have chosen to take an easier rafting trip, he could have selected to forgo whitewater rafting as a whole, he also could have chosen to back out once he reached the starting point or when his raft stopped and the guides scouted the Gorge. After all, Fairchild fails to establish a genuine issue of fact as to whether he voluntarily encountered the risk.
Important Information: This case is important because of the assumption of risk which is inherent risk. Primary assumption of risk is when the plaintiff may not not recover from an injury received when the plaintiff voluntarily exposes himself/herself to a known and appreciated danger. Fairchild lost this case because he was aware of this risk he was taking and was held liable for his participation. WWRT provided proper training and equipment. Every participant was required to read and sign the “Acknowledgment of Risk” form which provided details about the risks encountered with rapid rides. Secondary assumption of risk involves a voluntary choice or conduct of the participant to encounter a known or obvious risk created by the negligent conduct of the service provider, or to fail to follow rules or heed warnings set down by the provider. Also the whitewater rafting ride they participated in was nicknamed “fast and furious” which should indicate what type/level ride it is. Fairchild also mentioned he wanted something more advanced since he had been whitewater rafting before. Fairchild should have been more aware of the classification he was selecting and taken it more seriously.

solved Topic 1: Factors Affecting Economic Growth There are several economic

Topic 1: Factors Affecting Economic Growth There are several economic and noneconomic factors that affect long-run economic growth of countries. Among these factors, the roles of physical capital, human capital, technology, and natural resources in influencing long-run economic growth of aggregate output per capita are widely discussed. Governments also play their roles in promoting and sustaining long-run economic growth of countries. Based on your reading of Chapter 26, other course materials, and your knowledge and experience, analyze the following questions. What factors might contribute to low or high growth rates in a country? How can sustainable long-run economic growth rate be realized? What are the roles of the government in achieving sustainable long-run economic growth? Why are resources no longer the most important indicators of economic growth disparity among countries? Which other economic and noneconomic factors do you think explain the reasons behind growth disparities among countries? What is the relationship between economic growth rate and unemployment rate? Do the discussion first then do the response posted below. Posted 1 Growth in the economic market in countries is very essential and is measured in different ways. Economic growth increases state capacity and the supply of public goods to its citizens. Sustainable long run growth and development in the economic market for most countries are influenced mostly by these four factors: human resources, physical capital, natural resources and technology. The rate of growth differs from country to country mostly because government in countries that are more developed tend to focus on these factors more than lesser developed countries (Woodruff, 2019). The government enacts policies such as monetary policies, fixing exchange rates, using the tax system, along with their purchasing power to steer private capital toward investment in sustainability technologies and businesses that would favor the whole country (Madgavkar, et. al., 2019). These policies play an active role in the achievement of the economic growth, as such, steady governance is essential. I believe raw resources are no longer the most important indicator of economic growth disparity among countries because the way they use resources differ along with other factors to consider such as government concerns, technological issue, education and population. For example, a country that is overpopulated yet does not produce many products would result in a high rate of unemployment and poor living standards. The relationship between economic growth rate and unemployment rate can be determined by measuring the outputs that encourages growth. In the long run, when the unemployment rate is high then the growth rate will be low due to lack of productivity and vice versa (Dayioglu, & Aydan, 2020). Luckily, the Conference Board has indexes made up of the components they believe cover the ways to measure the economy of the past (lagging index), current economy (coincident), and what the expected economy looks like (leading index). The Conference Board is the organization that updates the US Federal Reserve on the economy, helping them make decisions on interest rates, and therefore they can be considered the leading experts on measuring economic growth. Perhaps the best index for these purposes is the Leading Economic Indicator Index (LEIs), since this is the one that measures expected growth based on 10 indicators. Some of these indicators are based on employment, like average weekly hours in manufacturing jobs and average weekly initial claims for unemployment insurance. These give us an idea of how much money is expected to be handed to consumers in the near future and how much unemployment is expected to rise, respectively. Another indicator in the index is the S&P 500 itself. This is because the stock market moves ahead of the economy and not in tandem, so it is a good leading indicator itself. Building permits issued for new residential buildings is another indicator, that tells us what the expected construction activity should be. The Conference Board claims this is usually a good sign that leads other economic production (The Conference Board, n.d.). These indicators, and the remaining ones, are excellent predictors of economic growth for the US Economy. Works Cited The Conference Board. (n.d.). Description of Components. I will send the requirements + an example below. Also, A pdf which shows an example on how the work should look like. All work should be in Excel. Finally, prepare an Excel spreadsheet to complete all the requirements of the Bronco Corporation Case. You will need to “build” your own Excel spreadsheet since a template is not provided. Be sure to use formulas. Your spreadsheet without formulas will be considered incomplete. Each Bronco frame sells for $150 and requires:5 linear feet of special Oak wood that costs $4.00 per foot Other direct material package (each package includes one Bronco Medallion, a glass face, and a cardboard cutout) that costs $25 each package (bought from an outside supplier)30 minutes of labor hours to build (Labor cost averages $15.00 per hour)Bronco Corp. has the following inventory policies:Ending finished goods inventory should be 25% of next month’s sales.Ending inventory of Oak wood should be 30% of next month’s production need.Ending inventory of other direct material package should be 20% of next month’s production need. (the supply chain for the other direct material packages is quite efficient and therefore, company maintains a smaller inventory of these packages as compared to Oak wood inventory)undefinedAs per the Marketing and Sales department of the Bronco Corp., sales are high in the month of graduation and the month following the graduation during Fall and Spring each year. Therefore, months of December, January, April, and May are considered high demand months. In a November budget meeting of the current year, the Sales Manager provided following estimates of unit sales for the upcoming months (December current year – May next year):undefinedDecember2,000 framesundefinedJanuary1,500 framesundefinedFebruary800 framesundefinedMarch760 framesundefinedApril2,100 framesundefinedMay1,800 framesundefinedVariable manufacturing overhead is incurred at a rate of $12.50 per frame produced. Annual fixed manufacturing overhead is estimated to be $300,000 ($25,000 per month) for expected production of 20,000 frames for the year. Fixed selling and administrative expenses are estimated at $31,000 per month and variable selling and administrative expenses are estimated at $15.00 per unit sold. undefinedOf its sales each month, 80% is collected in the same month and remaining 20% in the month following the sales. undefinedOf the purchase of Oak wood, 60% is paid for during the month of purchase and remaining 40% is paid in the following month. Budgeted Oak wood purchase for December is $34,200. Other direct material package purchases are all paid for in the month of purchase itself. Also, all other operating costs are paid during the month incurred. Monthly fixed manufacturing overhead includes $5,000 in depreciation. During January, Bronco Corp. plans to pay $110,000 for a piece of equipment to replace an old equipment. undefinedBronco had $61,000 cash on hand on January 1. The company has a policy to maintain a monthly minimum cash balance of $50,000. The company may borrow any amount using the credit line provided by their bank to pay for deficits and maintain the minimum required balance of cash. Borrowings or any part of the borrowings may be paid off in the month there is excess cash available (Ignore interest on borrowings). Requirements:Using the information provided above prepare the following budgets for the first quarter (January – March) for Bronco Corporation. Include each month and quarter 1 total for each budget.Sales budgetProduction budgetDirect Materials budgets (Hint: You will need TWO Direct Material Purchases budgets – one for the Oak wood and another for the Direct Material Package.)Direct labor budgetManufacturing Overheads budgetBudgeted Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)Selling and administrative expenses budgetPrepare Bronco’s budgeted income statement for quarter 1. Prepare the following for Bronco for quarter 1:Budgeted cash receipts/collection each month (including quarter 1 total)Budgeted cash payments each month (including quarter 1 total)Cash budget of Bronco for quarter 1. After completing requirements 1-3 above revise the budget spreadsheet to include following changes:Bronco Corp. is contemplating to increase the selling price of the frames by 10% during the high sales months (graduation months) of December- January and April-May. The management of Bronco believes that it would affect unit sales marginally only, thereby, reducing unit sales by 5% in those months. How would these two changes affect the income of Quarter 1? Based on the analysis, should Bronco Corp. increase the price of frames temporarily during those high demand months? Include a short explanation in Excel file itself.(You need to revise your Excel spreadsheet to determine the effect on income statement. If you used your formulas correctly for requirements 1-3, you will not need to make whole lot of changes to your spreadsheet).

Note: The assessments in this course build upon each other, so you are strongly encouraged to complete them in sequence. The manner in which policymakers allocate and promote resources has a strong relationship to access to health care, positive health outcomes, and life expectancy. The past century has been marked by the second industrial revolution, economic development, human development, and the green revolution. These developments have contributed to improved standards of living but often created new threats to low-income countries through environmental degradation. Improved nutrition and basic infrastructure have helped many societies to experience an epidemiological transition, a decrease in infectious diseases, and increased life expectancy.Global health organizations are trying to address health care issues of all kinds throughout the world. Guiding principles are set by the World Health Organization (WHO), and goals for improving global health policy have been defined by its millennium development goals. Other major worldwide organizations such as the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, and others will continue to shape and mold global health policy. From an international perspective, money and wealth do not necessarily buy positive health outcomes. The manner in which policymakers allocate and promote resources bears a strong relationship to access to health care, positive health outcomes, and life expectancy. China and Kerala, India, are prime examples of growth-mediated and support-led models. Service delivery, health care funding, prevention, and life expectancy are impacted by resource allocation. Elements and best practices can be extrapolated from the growth-mediated models and support-led models to compare with specific low, middle, and high income countries. As you prepare to complete this assessment, you may want to think about other related issues to deepen your understanding or broaden your viewpoint. You are encouraged to consider the questions below and discuss them with a fellow learner, a work associate, an interested friend, or a member of your professional community. Note that these questions are for your own development and exploration and do not need to be completed or submitted as part of your assessment.

Which type of health care system (entrepreneurial, mandated health insurance, or national health service) is most closely aligned to WHO principles?
What are the strengths and weaknesses of each type of health care system?
How would you measure an organization’s success against other organizations that are trying to address the same issues? Consider qualitative and quantitative measures.

Executive summaries are real-world deliverables designed to covey essential information at a glance. Use phrases, bullet points, or create charts or tables to effectively communicate information. Refer to the resources provided for this assessment for links to examples of executive summaries and resources for templates.Instructions
For this assessment, assume the role as described in the scenario below and identify three major global health care organizations.Scenario: Imagine you are on the staff of a newly elected congressional representative who has just been appointed to a health care committee. You have been tasked with developing a briefing for the representative that gives a balanced overview of both the global health care organizations and the three major health care models (entrepreneurial, mandated health insurance, and national health service). The briefing document is called an executive summary.
Your executive summary should contain three parts:Part 1: An Overview of Major Global Health Organizations
Organize your executive summary by using the name of each organization as a subheading to address the requirements below.
Summarize the mission and major initiatives of each global health organization.
Analyze how each global health organization aligns to the basic principles of the World Health Organization Constitution.
Part 2: An Overview of Health Care Models
This information could be expressed as a chart.
Summarize the elements and structure of major health care models (entrepreneurial, mandated health insurance, and national health service).

Identify the elements of a health care system that make it effective for disease treatment.
Explain the key performance indicators used to measure heath system performance.
Compare specific health care models in terms of (choose one) cost, quality, access to service and care, staffing, or prevention.
