WRITE A response EITHER AGREEING/ DISAGREEING FOR FUTHER ELABORATING ON THE SUBJECT POSTED BY CLASSMATE:

Collaborative partnerships form an alliance among multiple sectors that work together to achieve a common purpose. In public health, these partnerships are working together to improve conditions and health outcomes of entire communities. These partnerships use hybrid strategies that include aspects of social planning, community organizing, community development, policy advocacy, and acting as a catalyst for community change (Roussos & Fawcett, 2000). At Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH), there are many community partnerships/collaborative approaches that are taken to help work towards improving the overall health outcomes for the children in the state of Arkansas. One example is the Arkansas Children’s Hospital community garden. In 2015, a community garden was established on the campus of ACH; it is tended by a garden manager and a growing band of community volunteers. Each year, more than 4,000 pounds of fresh produce is grown and harvested, which is donated directly to the Helping Hand food pantry in Little Rock to distribute around the state (Arkansas Children’s, 2021). The food produced at the community garden helps feed hungry Arkansans and improve outcomes. Unfortunately, in Arkansas, 499,950 people are facing hunger – and of them 149,670 are children (Feeding America, 2021). It will take more community partnerships like the Arkansas Children’s Hospital community garden to help reduce hunger and social disparities faced by those living in Arkansas.

A process recording is a written tool used by  field education experience students, field instructors, and faculty to  examine the dynamics of social work interactions in time. Process  recordings can help in developing and refining interviewing and  intervention skills. By conceptualizing and organizing ongoing  activities with social work clients, you are able to clarify the purpose  of interviews and interventions, identify personal and professional  strengths and weaknesses, and improve self-awareness. The process  recording is also a useful tool in exploring the interpersonal dynamics  and values operating between you and the client system through an  analysis of filtering the process used in recording a session.
For this Assignment, you will submit a process recording of your field education experiences specific to this week.
Note: You are submitting a written transcript, not an audio or video recording.

The Assignment (2–4 pages):

Provide a transcript of what happened during your field education experience, including a dialogue of interaction with a client.
Explain your interpretation of what occurred in the dialogue,  including social work practice theories, and explain how it might relate  to diversity or cultural competence covered this week.
Describe your reactions and/or any issues related to your interaction with a client during your field education experience.
Explain how you applied social work practice skills when performing the activities during your process recording.

Things to incorporate in recording and in summary
Ensures to incorporate  interpretation of  your skills. Show skills enhancement as you  applied theory to practice. Further, please incorporate your readings  within the Process Recording, for example, why are engagement skills  important, CBT, why? probing and listening skills important? What does  research state about the theory you used? I have given a synopses of a conversation with a client and you can add to it where needed.

Group workStudents conduct two individual cases (HBSP) and two group cases which will involve analysis of the case and market data. The analysis requires preparing a brief summary of the issue(s) as well as clear analysis and a STRATEGIC (value Delivery focused) recommendation. This discussion should:Specifically state the Value Delivery Network Problem (not the symptoms); this discussion may indicate a hierarchy of challenges but concludes with a clear statement of the problem to be addressed. This is not a recap of the content of the case; it’s a statement of the problem.Present the results of ANALYSIS as key insights (these can be from the case, readings, research). Essentially, this is a summary of critical factors and forces which must be considered and assesses the opportunities and threats posed by these forces. Note, the case may include data which should be analyzed by students prior to group discussion. This is a chance for students to apply tools/techniques/perspectives from readings to analysis. Remember, these are cases chosen for Value Delivery Networks course – look for the insights which can be developed.Makes a clear statement of a response to the problem; outlines the direction to pivot the organization and considers tactical implications (resources, time, responsibilities, and contingencies).Concludes with a statement of expected outcome. A one paragraph statement which essentially states: Based on our insights (developed in “B”) to address (problem stated in “A”) we must do “C” to achieve “D”.ALL Cases require some quant analysis; group cases (not to exceed three members) are more complex and involve more sophisticated analysis. Case Analysis are uploaded in canvas. My team has finished their part, and elaborate more on my part as much as possible. And highlight the elaboration and analysis you made, do not change the original paper, just done my part. The first one the case we try to do, the second file is group work which you can do my part there.

Assignment: Classification of Crimes All crimes are not equal. If someone is caught stealing a few inexpensive items from a convenience store, then the perpetrator would likely be prosecuted and pay the consequence for committing the crime; however, the consequence for that act would be much less severe than for someone who stole a car. Other factors, such as whether the perpetrator used a firearm to steal those items, affect the consequences as well. To judge crimes as fairly and evenly as possible, crimes must be classified. For this Assignment, you will classify types of crimes, describe the elements of and punishments associated with crimes, and consider how law functions in criminal cases. To prepare for this Assignment: Review the Learning Resources on criminal and civil law.Focus on the differences between misdemeanors and felonies (e.g., what constitutes each and how their consequences can vary).Consider how crimes associate with their corresponding punishments, as well as how crimes can be leveraged against different entities like property, people, and government. Refer to the Academic Writing Expectations for 2000/3000-Level Courses as you compose your Assignment. In 150–225 words (2–3 paragraphs), explain the terms felony and misdemeanor. Specifically:Describe elements of felonies and misdemeanors.Provide at least three examples of each of these types of crimes.Identify punishments typically associated with felonies versus misdemeanors. For this prompt, be sure to reference at least one scholarly source to support your answer. Jason Chapman stole a vehicle from Colette Dewhurst’s driveway. While he was driving the car down the road at an excessive rate of speed, Chapman ran into Raymond Miller’s store window and caused extensive damage. In 300–375 words (4–5 paragraphs), address the following questions:Can Dewhurst and Miller bring a civil action against Jason Chapman? Can the state take action against Jason Chapman? What functions does the law serve in this case?

However, to fully respond to the items in this section, you will need to utilize the agency website and other appropriate sources of information. The latter might include city or county information, census data, journal or newspaper articles, and research reports. You will likely need to “assume” some things as you begin this assignment, such as what “case management” or “educational assistance” in an agency means. Please do not contact the agency to acquire additional information.
Address the following elements in this section and note who completed each of them:
? Briefly describe the agency including its name, location, history, mission and/or goals.
? List the programs the agency offers and a brief description of them.
? Describe the population served by the agency, including characteristics such as ethnicity, age, disabilities, SES, and languages spoken. Information from resources beyond the agency website may be needed. Use sources such as census data to provide statistics.

Hi,
Please reply to Alexander Chang’s post before 8 pm EST today(100 words, requirements are above): I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode of Craft of Consulting. In this podcast, there were several key points that were brought up that have been mentioned in previous episodes. The main recurring takeaway for me was the paralyzation of fear. I believe that many people want to go into the consulting industry, but do not want to leave the corporate world. The corporate jobs have steady pay, and many people know that they are already good at their jobs. In this episode, Sagastume stresses the importance of doing something you can get excited for. If you are excited for your job, then the work and results will show. I can relate to this because I have had a co-op where I thoroughly enjoyed doing the work and a co-op where I was not overly enthusiastic about. Sagastume is absolutely correct because the work I did that I enjoyed would be done much more efficiently and effectively, while the work I did not enjoy doing almost felt like a chore. It is important to not cage yourself into something you do not like doing because many people will spend 40 hours doing the work they do not enjoy. If you want to get into consulting, then you need to get over the fear of making the switch and do something you think you will really enjoy doing.
Sagastume also stresses the importance of making a plan. Without a plan, as a consultant, it is difficult to succeed. Sagastume says that it is important to have cash on hand when you make the switch, gather social proof of your skills, and possess the mindset to believe in yourself. I think the most important of the three is to have the correct mindset. Without a goal-oriented mindset and the belief in your abilities, you will ultimately fail. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy. I think the mindset is something that is easily overlooked because it cannot be represented on paper.
