Collaborative partnerships form an alliance among multiple sectors that work together to achieve a common purpose. In public health, these partnerships are working together to improve conditions and health outcomes of entire communities. These partnerships use hybrid strategies that include aspects of social planning, community organizing, community development, policy advocacy, and acting as a catalyst for community change (Roussos & Fawcett, 2000). At Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH), there are many community partnerships/collaborative approaches that are taken to help work towards improving the overall health outcomes for the children in the state of Arkansas. One example is the Arkansas Children’s Hospital community garden. In 2015, a community garden was established on the campus of ACH; it is tended by a garden manager and a growing band of community volunteers. Each year, more than 4,000 pounds of fresh produce is grown and harvested, which is donated directly to the Helping Hand food pantry in Little Rock to distribute around the state (Arkansas Children’s, 2021). The food produced at the community garden helps feed hungry Arkansans and improve outcomes. Unfortunately, in Arkansas, 499,950 people are facing hunger – and of them 149,670 are children (Feeding America, 2021). It will take more community partnerships like the Arkansas Children’s Hospital community garden to help reduce hunger and social disparities faced by those living in Arkansas.

The analysis requires preparing a brief summary of the issue(s) as well as clear analysis and a STRATEGIC (value Delivery focused) recommendation. This discussion should:Specifically state the Value Delivery Network Problem (not the symptoms); this discussion may indicate a hierarchy of challenges but concludes with a clear statement of the problem to be addressed. This is not a recap of the content of the case; it’s a statement of the problem.Present the results of ANALYSIS as key insights (these can be from the case, readings, research). Essentially, this is a summary of critical factors and forces which must be considered and assesses the opportunities and threats posed by these forces. Teacher-leaderscan have a direct and positive impact on colleagues’ professional practice by providing professional development.
For this module’s assignment, you will design a slide presentation to promote colleague buy-in for a teacher leader initiative addressing the issues/concerns revealed in the Module 2 assignment. You will design an interactive PowerPoint slide presentation for a professional development session to share the issue/concern through the scope of one teacher leadership domain. See the course readings and Learning Objects page for more information on the teacher leadership domains.
Step 1. Choose
Examine the issues/concerns through the lens of the seven teacher leadership domains. Align each issue/concern to one or more of the domains. Reflect on the training goals, content, and skills needed to motivate teacher buy-in and interaction related to the issues/concerns.
Step 2. Adapt
Adapt the paper from the Module 2 assignment into a script for the slide presentation on the teacher leader initiative. Include the script in the Notes section of the slides or in a separate Word document.
Step 3. Design
Design a 14-slide presentation (including the title and reference slides) with the goal of promoting discussion among teachers on the issues/concerns identified in the Module 2 assignment. Within the presentation, include the topics addressed in the Module 2 paper and opportunities for further brainstorming on each of the topics. Design the slides as follows:

Please reply to Alexander Chang’s post before 8 pm EST today(100 words, requirements are above): I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode of Craft of Consulting. In this podcast, there were several key points that were brought up that have been mentioned in previous episodes. The main recurring takeaway for me was the paralyzation of fear. I believe that many people want to go into the consulting industry, but do not want to leave the corporate world. The corporate jobs have steady pay, and many people know that they are already good at their jobs. In this episode, Sagastume stresses the importance of doing something you can get excited for. If you are excited for your job, then the work and results will show. I can relate to this because I have had a co-op where I thoroughly enjoyed doing the work and a co-op where I was not overly enthusiastic about. Sagastume is absolutely correct because the work I did that I enjoyed would be done much more efficiently and effectively, while the work I did not enjoy doing almost felt like a chore. It is important to not cage yourself into something you do not like doing because many people will spend 40 hours doing the work they do not enjoy. If you want to get into consulting, then you need to get over the fear of making the switch and do something you think you will really enjoy doing.
Sagastume also stresses the importance of making a plan. Without a plan, as a consultant, it is difficult to succeed. Sagastume says that it is important to have cash on hand when you make the switch, gather social proof of your skills, and possess the mindset to believe in yourself. I think the most important of the three is to have the correct mindset. Without a goal-oriented mindset and the belief in your abilities, you will ultimately fail. This is a self-fulfilling prophecy. I think the mindset is something that is easily overlooked because it cannot be represented on paper.
