solved 2-3 paragraph response.  What are Goleman’s six leadership prototypes?

2-3 paragraph response.  What are Goleman’s six leadership prototypes? Are there any other leadership prototypes that could be added to Goleman’s list? Explain.
Reply:
First peer below
According to Goleman, the six different leadership prototypes are as follows: the visionary, the coach, the affiliative, the democratic, the pacesetter, and the commander. Each different prototype has a different style and different sets of values depending on the type. For example, democratic leaders seek participation from the team they lead and look for team consensus when it comes to making decisions. The commander type, however, makes it clear that the leader is the one in charge, period. They expect that whatever they say or do goes without any input from the team.
I believe that there could be others types added to Goleman’s list depending on the type of leadership from the one in charge. If the one in charge is a very hands-off, laissez-faire type leader, I believe it could open up a couple different styles rather than those who tend to take a more active role in leading.

Second peer below
Hi Class,
Hope everyone is having a great week. In the text It was talked about Goleman’s six leadership prototypes here are the 6 listed out.
Visionary- someone who brings people together using the same vision.
Coach- challenged and closely supervised.
Affiliative- I see this one as a cheerleader. someone who encourages all and works for the same goal.
Democratic- seek active participation from everyone and consensus decisions
Pacesetter- Works by example and expects everyone to follow.
Commander- gives clear orders and expects everyone to follow.
I honestly can’t think of any others at this time that I would add to this list. In the text it was discussed that it could be one of the above or a combination of any. So it really leads to many options for leadership abilities.

In an essay of 900-1250 words, discuss the following:
1) The elements that contributed to the rapid, successful spread of Islam among various populations;
2) The relationships between commerce (trade) and Islam;
3) The advancements accomplished within the Muslim world.
This essay will cover the period between the year 570 and 1250. Use dates in your essay.
You may only use five quotes total. These should be drawn from primary sources. The rest must be in your own words and cited. You should absolutely paraphrase and cite everything you say if it is not your original idea — that means, if you get information from somewhere and put it in your own words, put a parenthetical citation at the end of the sentence.
No outside sources at all.
You must use all the readings from this unit and cite them in parenthetical citation. Your parenthetical citation must include page numbers. A good way to cite the book is: (Strayer 2016, 257), for example. You must also cite the particular verses of the Quran you use, as in this example: (Quran 1:3) in which the first number is the chapter and the second is the verse. Do not just use the first line as it indicates you did not read the entire assignment. Make sure your use of our assigned Qur’an excerpts is appropriate to whatever it is you are saying.
It is important to demonstrate full reading. Just using and citing the beginnings of texts is not a good strategy. Be complete.
Do not skip a topic, and do not combine topics. Make sure paragraphs have discrete topics, and make sure each paragraph has its clear topic sentence. To help identify that sentence in each paragraph, please underline the topic sentence of each paragraph.
Tests should be unique and in the author’s own words. Tests will be scrutinized for academic integrity. The best recipe is simply to read and write your own essay.
As usual, follow course protocol.

solved Setting a Budget All types of organizations offering human services—whether

Setting a Budget
All types of organizations offering human services—whether government, for-profit, nonprofit, or mixed (cross-sector)—are defined by their mission. Critical to implementing the mission is the financial or budgetary framework designed to match the goals, objectives, and tasks expected for achieving the mission.
A budget is the first major policy framework for an organization that determines what is functionally possible for the organization to operate. Budgets determine what types and numbers of personnel, travel, communications, and indirect activities (such as accounting, telecommunications, professional development, insurance, and other such organizational needs) will be possible and at what levels of magnitude. In other words, an organization is creatively energized by critical thinking and a strong mission, but it is only able to function if it has the financial resources to match the professional and technical capabilities needed to carry out the mission.
Instructions
For this assignment, create a sample line-item budget for your chosen human services organization. The budget must contain, at minimum, the following elements:

Income.
Personnel.
Consultants.
Costs of goods and services (such as telephone, software, insurance, and facilities).
Services (such as client transportation and client meals).
Miscellaneous support.
You can have more items if needed, but these 6 items must be present.

Write a narrative about the budget, including the following:

Define the budget priorities in terms of a chosen organization’s mission.
Explain the funding relationships between an organization and outside funders.
State how the budget supports the key strengths and opportunities of a chosen organization.
Explain how the budget reinforces the effectiveness of an organization.
Use your readings and outside resources to justify your budget.

Scenario
Individual behaviors in the workplace impact an organization, and leadership should understand its impact on an organization as a foundation for creating strategies in effectively leading. In this scenario, a technology company has been struggling with sales recently, and leadership believes developing new, in-demand products will increase business. The administration determined that hiring product and market development specialists will be necessary. The new talent will assist current software developers, taking over some of their responsibilities with new products. The company’s talent acquisition team has indicated that the newly hired talent onboarding activities will require current software developers to get them up to speed. Overall, the developers are not happy with the decision to have the new talent take over some of their responsibilities, even though they do feel overwhelmed with current workloads. They are not looking forward to training new employees either, even actively resisting this process. As part of the talent acquisition team, you have been asked to complete a section for the onboarding playbook for new employees.
