Where in your life have you been a program champion and advocate? What did you do? What challenges did you face? Who supported your efforts and what role did the support of others play in the efforts?
Reflect on your own or family members’ and friends’ health care experience to identify situations that might be considered a duplication of service and tests, limited use of information systems, medical errors, medication mismanagement (e.g., not using a medication as prescribed), miscommunication among providers, and violation of an individual’s privacy. As part of a workplace health promotion program implementation, how would you address the situations?
With increasing number of employees working virtually at varied sites, forming partnerships and collaborations in employees’ communities and neighborhoods for workplace physical activity is a mainstay of implementing the physical activity priority of a workplace health promotion program. In your own neighborhood, identify potential partners and resources for physical activity. Identify whom you would talk with at the organization. Imagine you were a business owner with 50 employees. What types of physical activity services that are not currently offered by the business might be of interest for your employees?
How would large, midsized, and small employers respond to federal legislation proposals to limit the authority of OSHA to enforce the OSHA General Duty Clause? “Each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees.” What are pros and cons that each group of employers might list in deciding whether or not to support the legislation?

Discussion: Evaluating Use of Literature and Problem Statement
Researchers use scholarly literature for various purposes in their work, such as, but not limited to, establishing the need for and importance of their study or describing a theory. The problem statement is typically tied to the literature, and for this reason, these two components of research are presented together this week; this connection among research components will be a recurring theme throughout this course.
For this Discussion, you will evaluate the use of literature and problem statements in assigned journal articles in your discipline to understand what it means for a research study to be justified, grounded, and original. You will use the Use of Literature Checklist, the Problem Statement Checklist, and the Litmus Test as guides for your post.
With these thoughts in mind, refer to the Journal Articles document for your assigned articles for this Discussion. If your last name starts with A through L, use Article A.
Post a critique of the research study in which you:
·Evaluate the authors’ use of literature.
·Evaluate the research problem.
·Explain what it means for a research study to be justified and grounded in the literature; then, explain what it means for a problem to be original.
The Use of Literature Checklist and Problem Statement Checklist serve as guides for your evaluations. Please do not respond to the checklists in a Yes/No format in writing your Discussion post.
Be sure to support your Main Issue Post and Response Post with reference to the week’s Learning Resources and other scholarly evidence in APA Style.

This is the sixth part of the “Build Your Business” project, which spans the entire course. In this part, you will continue to look at the professional insurance needs of your business.
It is the 10th year anniversary of your business. You have a fleet of tractor-trailers for domestic delivery, and you ship by air and sea internationally. You also purchased a corporate jet and occasionally use Net Jets. Your company is selling to 25 countries around the world and has outsourced the parts/components to 3 foreign countries. Egypt is one of them. You also have 3,000 employees now. Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, you have 3 offices worldwide. One is in Asia, one is in Europe, and one is in the Middle East. You have increased your Board of Directors to 10 people.
Now you need to not only consider umbrella liability, cyber risk, and terrorism risk to secure your business, but also you need to revisit all your commercial general liability, business auto and garage, workers’ compensation, and employer liability, plus environmental, marine, and aviation polices.

Write a 12-15 page APA-formatted paper describing the appropriate commercial, professional, and other liability insurances your business needs. The areas of insurance you need to update or consider adding are:

Commercial General Liability Insurance
Business Auto and Garage Insurance Coverage
Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Insurance
Professional and Management Liability Insurance
Environmental, Marine, and Aviation Insurance
Umbrella Liability, Cyber Risk, and Terrorism Risk insurance
